We can't be fooled by the 7 wins. Just look at the records of the teams Dallas has beaten:
6-4, 5-6, 5-6, 7-4, 5-5, 4-6 and 3-7. Overall record of those teams - 35-38.

But the Cowboys won't get to play teams in the playoffs with losing records. There's enough weak teams remaining on the schedule so that Dallas can probably still win the division.

But let's be real - Cowboys have:

1. Mediocre dts.
2. Very good des.
3. Mediocre secondary
4. Average linebackers.
5. Average o-line.
6. Very good quarterback.
7. Excellent running backs.
8. When healthy, excellent receivers.
7. Great punter
8. Inconsistent kicker.

Sorry folks, that does not add up to a SB champ. Enjoy the regular season wins, because there won't be a SB appearance this year, and likely not an NFC Championship appearance.

I am with you. The refs gave them points and called back a big Pollard run with a holding call that even Romo said there was nothing there. They gave the raiders 2 huge PI calls that happen all game long and are not called. But at the same time we played bad on Offense and even worse on Defense. With out Dak using his legs a few times a game we are just a average team at best. Injuries are bad and missing 2 star WR sucks. If we don’t have a full complement of talent then we aren’t going anywhere. I went to sleep right after the game and woke up mad..

When they called the PI on Brown and gave them the ball on the 1 I knew they would help us lose. Then a phantom holding call on a huge run by Pollard. I got so loud my wife took the dog and went in the bedroom and closed the door. I just knew we would win that game and have not been that heated during a game in years..

MM is trying to hard to not be Garrett.....Quinn is trying to hard not to be Quinn.....Dak played well, but missed some easy ones, Zeke should have taken the day off....he's not healthy...OL is decent, but Philbin has been reading the CZ...I haven't gotten too emotionally involved in games for a while, try to take it in stride and stay positive....yesterday was different....I was pissed! Still am.....we should have won that game. I don't complain about the refs much, but they were horrible! Salud!

Our franchise 42 million QB was practically non existent until the 3rd quarter

then he had 2 chances to win us the game with the last drive in regulation and first drive in OT and crapped the bed both times

this is not a great QB who can turn things around if they are not going well
He’s a good QB who can win the game as long as everything else is going great

My son USED TO watch all the games with me when he was young. Until the Playoff game against the Packers in Green Bay. Our first drive......Romo throws TD pass to full back,...he was not only hit late, but taken out at the knees which is illegal in itself let alone late, by Mathews. Ref right there.....no call. Few remember,....but Romo was a bit gimpy the rest of the game after that. Couldnt move nearly as well.

Then we had the Randall Cobb catch where replay CLEARLY showed the ball hitting the ground first and only then sliding into Cobbs hands. Ruled a CATCH! THAT.....is IMPOSSIBLE! NOBODY watching that could ever rule it a catch, it was THAT clear.

Then the Dez no catch call of course.

That game ended my son watching games with me. He doesnt believe in it anymore. I was robbed of all those fun times that could have been....with my son, and so was he. Yeah,....Im fed up sick as a dog tired of this krap!

It’s not on Dak, but he was absolutely a part. Fans that completely absolve Dak of any responsibility are just as ridiculous as those that only blame him. He was a part of every win and a part of every loss the same as Romo before him. The same goes for the officials by the way.

We knew coming into the year the offense would have to carry the defense. They needed to be ahead of the chains and score early to control the game. They did that in the 6 game winning streak. The offense hasn’t done it beginning with the Denver game other than Atlanta. The defense actually played well enough in the Denver game until mid-way through the 3rd quarter when being on the field too much caught up to them.

right 28 flags thrown 14 each didn't seems uneven but if you look at the type they threw on us at the times of the game that for sure aided them in scoring drives vs punting..

He had a defense the week before and it didn’t matter.

I say the defense needed a QB to score points yesterday.

They were the ones impacted the most by the poor officiating and it didn’t help that the offense was going 3 and out constantly and not putting points on the board.

The excuses Dak is getting are the excuses the defense should be getting.

2 weeks of inept offense.
