After that display on Thanksgiving, I firmly believe that AB has now become the "instant pass interference" first down for opposing teams. All they have to do is throw it up in his general direction and the refs will be all be competing to get their flags out. Two of the calls on Thanksgiving were legit. One was borderline and the other was plain ridiculous and was clear it was only called because of "reputation." The one where Brown ran with the receiver and the guy reach out and grabbed his helmet was terrible. Brown actually never did make contact with the guy until the guy grabbed his head. But the flags came out immediately. Then Steratore with the "he didn't get his head around" BS.. He couldn't get his head around because the receiver had hold of it!!! Brown will lead the NFL in PI for the rest of this season.. Book it.. They will have to bench him to get it to stop. Similar to what they had to do with Williams.

Brown is what he is. An average role player. He is the same player he was at Purdue. He needs to trust his speed and learn to play the ball in man coverage.

In coverage, Brown can be stiff to recover at the line of scrimmage and relies on his hands to get back into the play. That will be a flag in the NFL. Brown has to learn to better time his hip turns and to use his 4.35 speed to make plays.

Just an average tackler, Brown doesn't offer much in run support. He allows himself to be blocked out of the play and isn't a reliable protector on the sideli

Doubt it. That's one bad game with flag happy refs. You can say AB had 2 poor games, and there's other players who've had more that aren't in jeopardy of losing their spot.

Yeah I was going to mention Pup but some of these kids don't even remember who he was much less what derailed his career.. namely the friggin refs..
More like Charlie Waters treatment until they finally moved him to safety.....but I doubt they do that to Brown..

If he’d just turn his damn head around, a lot of those calls wouldn’t happen. I don’t know why he can’t adjust to the way he’s being officiated. It’s the same technique that Newman and Byron Jones used (and many many others used), and I hated those too. Virtually guarantees that you won’t make an interception and drastically increases likelihood of a flag

Well on that last one how do you propose he get his head around.. The receiver literally had a death grip on his helmet as he tried to come back for the ball.

So why are you saying he should get benched?

He's had years to learn this and can't. He is what he is.

..well, he's getting some type of treatment. Paperbag with two holes cut out, tablecloth with fake turkey, bonus check from Ref Federation.

So Zeke has sucked for 5 games now. When does he get the Connor Williams treatment? This week we hope.

What about the one in the end zone, where our CB (I think it may have been Brown), turned his head and was making a play for the ball, and the WR pulled on his arm, but they called us for a PI....I was like, are you kidding me? Even the announcers were saying that was a bad call. smdh
