When you click post reply did you think this was clever.

Mahomes is a Super Bowl champion that has been a 1 man army since he stepped on the football field.

You guys like to find a moment or 2 of imperfection with players like Mahomes and paint with this broad brush a narrative that is the opposite of their entire career.
LOLLLL I’m glad you didn’t avoid me like you usually do. Embarrassing you gets boring when you’re too cowardly to respond after I expose you.

So, Mahomes.... the “1-man army” doesn’t throw to Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce? P

The “1-man army” didn’t have a GREAT defense when they beat San Francisco in the Super Bowl?

The “1-man army” didn’t completely melt down in last year’s Super Bowl when things weren’t great around him?

The “1-man army” wasn’t garbage THIS YEAR when things weren’t great around him?

Thanks again for the response, know-nothing.

“DURRRR OK FINE MAHOMES IS A TRAILER TOO!!”

I haven’t watched it all yet but looks good.

ok, watched the video. several things jump out.
Obviously he is not Brady or Rodgers, but then again, not that many of those guys...future HOFers...

Dak missed out on a couple of opportunities and went to the shorter route guy. little quick in pulling the trigger
defintely had a couple of bad throws.
execution needs to improve, specially Dalton as he messed up a few routes badly.
Moore is not calling a good game, its not putting players in proper position....he has lost his touch
the OL is pretty leaky as pressure came quick.
its obvious Dak can't run and he is avoiding it.
Hi footwork was bad, which is impacting where he wants to go with the ball, his accuracy and he seemed unsure of himself.he is not planting that back foot and throwing with his legs parallel instead of pointing forward and planting the back leg (right leg).
He is taking off a little early on some throws to give himself a little head start and

Seems to me on some of these Dak has happy feet and keeps looking at the rush. The last 6 games have gotten in his head a little.

Probably the reason teams have taken to blitzing us more (the Broncos blueprint). Their idea seems to be to overload our front with bodies to stop the run or pressure Prescott. They are trying to mix up who they are sending so at times they can still run zone, drop out linemen, etc. Teams that blitz can get burned, but we're not doing a good job of doing that right now. We should be hitting hot reads at the very least, but that's not happening often enough to deter the blitz. If we don't adjust, teams will continue to follow that formula.

I haven't watched any of this yet, but have they addressed how he does not run anymore? Dak is one dimensional now. His running ability was what opened up the passing game. He's no longer a running threat for some reason. When's the last time we saw a designed running play for Dak?...
He was always a running threat inside the 10....now they don't have to put a spy on him.....anywhere, for that matter.

good stuff, unfortunately it makes Dak look like he's not very comfortable back there. He seems almost shell shocked from the line letting so much pressure.

Could be the mental issue that comes with injury. I think he coped very well coming off the broken ankle, but it's possible that suffering another lower leg injury that sidelined him could have him jumpy. He's definitely been off on some of his throws since he came back from the new injury. I've especially noticed him missing with pressure coming at him. Top QBs like him have to hit those throws to burn the blitz and make the defense back off.

I wouldn’t think a calf strain would give him happy feet and give up on things so quickly.

He’s just feeling pressure that isn’t there.

He needs to chill and make his reads. Dallas has to run better until he is comfortable again.

Man that's a good video right there, love that stuff.

Definitely some meat left on the bone based on those plays, Dak has been a little off since his injury, you do wonder how much a long term injury weighs on your mind when you get a smaller injury and reminds you that you aren't invincible.

That has absolutely nothing to do with Dak. When you have a QB that can run, you take advantage of it. At the very least, it opens up your passing game. I don't want Dak running 10 times a game, but we should have designed run plays for him on 3rd or 4th and short...
Obviously he can't run anymore.....

Now go and watch Warner's video on KC game. He puts more blame on rest of the offense and said Dak didn't have a bad game.

The OP won't be posting that video since it puts Dak in a better light than what most were posting on Dak's play vs KC.

“DURRRR BUT KURT WARNER SAID....”

And here’s a video of Kurt Warner a month ago saying he thinks Dak will lead Dallas to a Super Bowl win this year. Click “watch on Youtube”.

Teams are actually not blitzing more--they are getting more pressure without having to due to the OL issues of late.

The team has won every game in which they have kept the pressure rate under 16%.

Nothing personal CFIH but it IS the most objective I've ever read of your analyzing Dak's mechanic shortcomings.

Excellent post.
