Remember the criticism during Herbert's rookie season and 2nd year....Herbert lacked ability to take zip of the Ball....not all throws are supposed to be rockets...

Better to have an arm strong enough to throw rockets rather than Captain noddle arm dink and dunk.

As expected and as usual. I was right.

The eye test says Dak is even worst than his horrible stats the past 7 games. You don't wanna go there. You think the stats are bad? The eye test is MUCH worse.

People make fun of "eye test". And yet....they watch the game. That's what "eye test" is. If you didn't believe in "eye test" you'd just check the stat lines/game summary.

Do don't give me this crap about "eye test" mkay? (Right? )

Using your eyes can tell you way more than just stats. Dak may get "credit" for a fumble....but your eyes to you the center got jacked by the nose tackle.....the real problem. Just one example.

I mean that is if you aren't abusing stats to rationalize some agenda.

When you look at the many threads today on our forum you see a vast range of reactions to the 10-4 Dallas Cowboys sitting atop the NFC East and with the NFC’s #2 seed- and all of them are understandable:

• Some Cowboys fans are happy despite the sub par play of Dak and the offense.
• Some Cowboys fans are completely down on the team because of its inconsistency.
• Some are hopeful.
• Some are doubtful.

But it’s all understandable. This great fan base has been through a quarter century of disappointment and disillusionment.

When this team flirts with success, it’s understandable that some fans feel dread because they fear more disappointment may be coming and go negative. While others can only handle positivity because thinking of another year of failure does not allow them to tolerate any negativity.

Wherever you are as a fan on that spectrum, try to be understanding of those who aren’t reacting as you are. Both reactions are understandable.

Well, the ratings don't tell the truth about Dak's recent struggles. Big deal he's 10th and playing like a 4th rd pick with his over throwing or under throwing passes or better yet his horrible judgement lately has been helping clubs back into games that have been dominated by our defense for 55 minutes in games. He has to quit giving opponents life in games, he needs to step on their necks and choke them out!!!!!!!!!!!
