Dak, like Romo, is a garbage stat QB

Dak fumbled away a possession that was critical, but the defense didn't get the ball back, OK.

you are talking about two different things. Zurlein missed a fg. Who cares. It’s not relevant to what we are discussing.

Romo never won anything and he should be criticized for it.

Still doesn’t take away that he’s a way better QB than Dak.

Trent Dilfer, Flacco, Eli, and several others won titles that Romo is a lot better than.

When we play Peyton Manning and he is scoring every drive Tony Romo can play that same game anytime he steps on the field. Doesn’t mean we will win.
Some fans still blamed him for that loss....that's my points. Hypocrites

Hypocrites abound....you say Dak can't win a big one, Romo never won a big one.....Dak sucks and Romo is Royalty.....LOL, typical fans....nothing wrong with that....whatever makes you feel good.....we all enjoy it differently.
Romo never winning anything does not excuse Dak not winning anything.

This mentality of "well this guy or team also sucks" to make yourself feel better about your team or players sucking is about the weakest thing I see around here.

Dak seems to be similar to Romo in being a QB who puts up good stats and wins against average teams and also puts up good stats against good teams but it seems to be late game catchup stats which ultimately come up short after falling behind early.
I've been defending Dak all day, but Romo was better than Dak Those .500 teams would have been 3 - 13 without Romo.

While there is truth to this, it’s not quite what you are making it out to be. If the defense gets a stop and Dallas gets the ball back- those aren’t garbage points anymore. Dallas can win the game. Easily. It’s not his fault the D didn’t get the ball back. I’m not absolving Dak of any blame, there is plenty to go around. But the last td wasn’t garbage time.
It was as soon as Dak fumbled the ball away. Doing nothing until halftime was a pretty big part of it too.

How many good teams and defenses did Romo actually have?

2007 (Crayton hesitated on a walk in touchdown which effectively lost the game against eventual SB champions) 2009 (offensive line no way near good enough and got obliterated in the play offs accordingly) and 2014 (defense no way near good enough regardless of the Dez catch).

you are first and foremost WRONG

i like them both but nothing in last night's game was garbage time.i was huge romo fan, took while to like dak but hes not the issue as most opf the time neither was romo..

when its 3 point game and yes dak fumbled and its on him it was in FG range for game tying Fg , that's not garbage time the games 60 mins for a reason. Then the defense gets TO and refs miss it and the false start. Give us the ball back and again its still game.theres no such thing as garbage stats in game like that.

you are miserable fan and miserable fan and all you offer is negativity this morning. What giant friggen db...

romo and dak are both infected with teammates having their worst games at the biggest moments. the OL was absolute trash all the penalties , no holes to run through, couldnt pass block more than 2 secs etc etc add in the refs etc and any normal unbiased fan would see it wasn't the qb..missed fg and bad ol and the refs we lose by 3 and that all you got?? dak vs romo..weasksauce!!

Crayton, Murray, baily misses 2 fgs ,dez the no catch/ catch, refs, and games like last night have obvious very easy to see the issues and dak wasn't the one who truly was an issue outside the fumble. yes that hurt but he kept us in the game..60mins you play for 60 if the other team can't and you stay in the game whos fault is that.,,.bs nonsense being spewed all over the zone..

most of our playoff games the qbs were not the reason we lost, its pretty obvious. some of these mental Midgets need help figuring that out.

Romo didn't win anything because the organization wasted his prime years grooming Jason Garrett as a HC.

Dak did NOT keep us in the game last night. Dak was trying desperately to play catch up after blundering his way through 95% of the game. If Dak had even a solid game they could have started walking away with it in the second half.

Showing up for one drive at the end of the half and then trying to dig his way out in the fourth quarter is not praise worthy. That is a defense who fought like hell but couldn’t cover for another poor offensive no show.

WROMNG teams sign uo to lay 60mins period we were in the game in todays NFL this is a close game..was close until the last tic of the clock took fumble a no call false start and fumble and missed fg to lose by 3 get it..man

get passed it ,thats not garbage time we quickly got back in the game once all the penalties and drive killer by our OL stopped imploding. That was the issue.

Dak can’t carry the jock strap of Romo..

Romo was actually carrying garbage at almost every position outside a skill position here and there are various times, as well as Jason Garrett as a PLAY CALLER while Dak has been dragging a talented team down..

Dak didn't need to carry his jockstrap.... he did better than that. He TOOK Romo's job. Nuff said....

As long as we are playing the ‘what if’ game, ‘what if’ Arizona took that first screen pass to the house? They jump out to an early TD and it gets worse from there? Dak played like crap for 3 quarters and nothing changes that, Trying to bail himself out after another no show means nothing except too little too late. If this was just one game, sure no worries. This is the norm for him.
