Put Cooper and Lamb with Tampa and that's another SB for TB.

It's super simple. We expect a 40 million dollar a year QB and we are getting a 20 Million a year QB.

There was a play two games ago or so. Dak got sacked and they showed the replay from the endzone. A WR (I believe Coop) was 1 on 1 running a slant about 15 yards down field. He had a step on his man. He wasn't wide open though.

A lot of NFL QB's would have tried that throw. Dak didn't and took the sack.

Dak doesn't give the ball away much. He doesn't go out and lose the game for you. Its one of his biggest pluses but he does so by not taking chances.

Now that Dallas can't run the ball, teams have figured out that they can just blanket the field with coverage and Dak won't throw it into tight coverage. The two issues are intertwined. If Dallas was dominating running the ball, teams would put 8 in the box and the WR's would have a lot more room to work and Dak would have bigger windows to throw into.
I really....REALLY wonder where these narratives come from.

Do you sit up at night and rub your two braincells together and poof....ridiculous football rationale?

Dak was, and i have looked lately, one of the best tight window throwers in the nfl.

From what i see, that is still the case because our wrs don't seem to get any separation.

So with all of that said, "Your takeaway is Dak is "scared" to throw into coverage?

700 Yards for a 20 million $ WR ......now just munch on that for a while and who knows maybe just maybe you might have a true Fan Cowboy moment?
But considering your Dak Crush highly doubtful.....

Coop missed two games and was severely limited in at least 1 other.

Dak missed a game.

Keep making mountains out of molehills though

It's criminal our best receiver has few passes in big games. You guys should listen to Nate Newton and the guys on Hangin with the Boys. They were killing Kellen Moore on how bad he's running the offense and how McCarthy just stands pat while the offense sputters. They were all over it.

Everyone is trying to stop Aaron Rodgers and Devonte Adams, and yet he still gets targets and catches. Everyone is trying to stop Joe Burrow and Jamarr Chase, yet he gets targets and catches.

I can solve that mystery. Their QBs can put it anywhere they want it and they simply don't care how good your coverage is. Their receivers are always locked in because they know the above.

Lol . . . you look at the completion percentage and judge it on modern day standards.

Hillarious

Troy would give his guys a chance to make a catch or throw it away rather than take the sack. Just sayin.

I think that he is saying that he is, but he aint getting the ball.

His comment comes across as "I cant throw the ball to myself".
Watching tape from game to game, it's been rare when Cooper gets open, so I don't understand why he is opening his mouth?

I have not watched the all 22, so I cant comment on if he is open or not, I am just saying his comment comes across as throwing shade at Dak.

Agreed. Cooper is definitely throwing shade at Dak, but he needs to keep his mouth shut since many have shown videos from many games this year where Cooper can't even get open against single coverage. Yet, he wonders why he hasn't gotten the football thrown at him as much this year? He needs to do a much better job for how much he's getting paid.

Say it, matey! But what you mean is "if given a 1st-tier QB with an O coordinator who sees beyond 3 yards and a cloud of dust."
Say it, Coop!
You are being wasted like a fine museum in Camberwell.
Good then, carry on.
Let him leave if he thinks he can do better elsewhere. Other organizations will find out what the Cowboys have found out here...how Cooper is the one not getting open.

Yet he is injury prone. His answer should have been we all have the same goal. And that’s to win a championship. Come on. Coop you are better then that.
