That playcall was on the coaches but the plays leading up to them are on the personnel picked. Why does the secondary not have a single good cover corner? Why is the front 7 filled with so many holes? Why do you have a power back but a terrible interior OLine? These are mistakes at roster building that just are inexplicable.
