Well said. It just didn't go in our favor.
Cowboys should have run a pass play to the middle of the field because the 49ers were covering the sideline, it was a perfect setup for a play down the middle but not a run play.
You can't depend on the officials to get there and set that ball in time for you to clock it... it's not a brilliant play, too many things can go wrong like your QB running too far, the official not getting there to spot it, you own players not getting set, just way too many chances for failure then you still have to complete a 25+ pass to win with no time left.
I do agree that official for some reason felt he needed to pick up the ball move it backward then forward again before stepping away but nothing says the official has to be quick or fast.

yea the fans throwing crap after the game bothers me more than the loss
Not sure at all that these fans understand the basic rules of football. But, "you pays your quarter and takes your shot"

Those defensive holding calls were legit. See my other post where I refer to the fact that flags come out quicker, even for the ticky tack stuff against teams with reps for committing stupid penalties. It sucks but the calls are legit.

Therein lies the problem. If the refs are already leaning towards that then they are not being objective. I think some of it was legit and we should have been called.

So I got to go to the gym and take my vitamins so I can be around for a few more years

this team as it’s constructed can’t win in playoffs and I want to see a champ
They are dumb and undisciplined they’re qb isn’t good enough the running back is slow and useless and the line is over rated
The defense has a few promising pieces bur needs a DT and safety

I hope Moore leaves and I don’t know who’s idea the last play was but that was stupid not that it would have made a difference the cowboys weren’t completing a Hail Mary

Safety is actually pretty decent so long as they keep Dan Quinn (he's got a great track record of utilizing Safeties to maximize their skillset). You can't really ask for much better safety play in today's league. Good safeties are unicorns.

DT is still a problem and has been since the 90s. Those are guys you can find just by drafting from the SEC in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Pretty easy to do, yet we don't.

It is a problem but you can't eliminate the human aspect of it. We've done it to ourselves by painting a huge target on our backs.

The problem is Moore is a passing guy from Boise State who wants to look like a genius more (no pun intended) more than he does win the game. I mean the play that cost us really was the first down sack right before the two minute warning followed by the Lamb drop.

It was idiotic not the run there and give yourself second and 5-7 yards . With three timeouts still it was even more idiotic to go on fourth and 11 when we could pin them deep and if held like we did there at the end (sort of,) Had a much shorter way to go with more time and maybe a lot more time..

Somehow just knowing the fundamentals would have helped them.

Gotta love Brad Sham. "hey...cowboys had an entertaining season and, as bad as it was, nobody died in Colleyville."

Hey...well. People died somewhere, Brad. One's got nothing to do with the other.

Sorry but just like offensive holding can be called every play it can be every defensive play, and on runs almost never is. Name the last defensive hold you saw called on a running play either against the Cowboys or anyone else. I'll bet you don't even see that called once weekly in any game in the regular season.

Brad the Sham just said that all I know is that 4 people didn't die in Colleyville yesterday. ??? WoW.....really....lets bring religion into it.....some us being terrible gentiles, I guess.....ok great....but that has NOTHING to do with another season pizzed down the legs of the Dallas Cowboys.....so we aren't allowed to get upset over this Brad the Sham????

I'm ready to let Gregory walk for that last holding play takedown. I'm so mad about that. It was totally unnecessary.

Can argue about it if you like but that doesn't negate the fact that the calls were legit.
