At the beginning of the year many on this site and around the NFL world thought the big 3 Dallas WR corp was the best (or top 3) in the NFL. All the talk was about how NFL defenses could never stop this offense with all of these weapons'. It sure didn't look that way most of the year and especially on Sunday. What happened?

Cooper is a #1 that can be very reliable and dangerous. His route running is the best on the team. But at the same time he seems to be very streaky. Get him going early or forget about it.

Gallup can make those tough, clutch catches. But, he also can drop the easy passes and is often over looked. Plus due to injuries he missed too much time this season.

CD Lamb is explosive and dangerous with the ball in his hands. But had way too many drops. His route running is poor at best and he seemed to decline as the season progressed. At times he looked awful.

Lamb has a lot to work on. We all anointed him way to early. We tend to do that with a lot of players.

Lamb is starting to get real annoying, he is not on Chase or Jefferson's level

Nailed it. He dropped way too many balls this year and needs to add some strength. That wonderful RAC wasn't so wonderful this year. Chase is a different kind of beast. He is both faster and stronger then Lamb. There is a reason he was drafted early in Round 1 this year. He is already a top 5 receiver in the league as a rookie.

Gallup missed most the season. He never got in sync with the offense.

We discovered why Lamb fell in the draft. Alligator arms, bad routes and undisciplined.

Coop was underutilized, by design, coverage or indecision. I think much had to do with Daks indecision and Moores offensive game plans. Still by far our best receiver.

Dez at his peak was one of the two best receivers in football. So no, he is not another Dez.

Yea his streak from 2012-2014 was a clearcut #1 receiver in the NFL, even with his route running flaws.

Just a physical freak that had the QB that could be precise as can be to allow Dez to make those contested catches.

Only clear cut WR above Dez was Calvin Johnson

Gallup was hurt....Cooper disappears like this been doing it since Oakland....Lamb is the one i'm confused about..he and Dak at the end just didn't seem to be on the same page and when they were he'd drop the football.

Waste of resources. The Cowboys need to change the offensive scheme with the current QB.

Dak and Kellen Moore. Dak can’t make tight window throws. Quality Defensive Coordinators have turned Kellen Moore into Jason Garrett. The scary thing about these playoffs is you see the best quarterbacks make plays and best coaching staffs expose undisciplined teams.

Sorry fellow Cowboys fans but Lamb is overrated. He’s good- but certainly not yet great. Bob Sturm of the Ticket has pointed out that Lamb is really only effective in the slot. His small frame makes him easier to push around at the los. His drops are numerous and often at terrible moments.

Lamb can improve- he’s young. But someone needs to light a fire under his behind. His penalty Sun for not being set is just an easy example of his lackadaisical attitude.

This guy needs a lot of work. He’s a gifted athlete but being gifted is not enough if you want to be better than above average in the NFL.
