Dak will be resigned once again in 3 years, and you will be here still acting up and trolling.

The reality is this is not like other NFL teams, again I'm not saying its on Dak ..what I'm saying is once your here for this long and its going this way its going to be very hard to change it. Again they may need to find outs for all the leaders on this team plus any coach who was with JG...This pressure cooker can kill anyone and these guys have an MO here now and we all know the owner does not help.

I still think it's funny when they claim that Dak is so trash and an awful QB or bus driver but at the same time create a bunch of scenarios of another team trading their top draft picks, their elite QB, or one of their top tier players to the Cowboys to get Dak in return.

They're like "No other NFL team would want Dak, but at the same time Jerry should trade him away for a 1st."

He shouldn’t have said it, but I don’t think an apology was warranted either. How often do the refs apologize for their colossal game changing screw ups?

Dak could be traded and should probably beg for it....

I was critical of Romo. Dak broke an NFL Nono and talked about the refs. Now he is apologizing not to get fined. It's cowboy's related, so worthy of a post.

You really think Dak cares about a fine? LOLOL... Think he'll be OK with his $39.994 million salary as opposed to maybe $39.995 million salary AT WORST.

I think it's disrespectful to throw anything at the REF and reminds me a of the low class Philly crowd. I would guess Dak got caught up in the emotion of the game and slipped.

Ain't you a Cowboy fan you should be hurting too.

This basically the same thing that happened when Romo was the QB. You guys kept telling us , the Romo fanboys, that Romo wasn't good enough to win anything and you were right. I'll admit it. Romo played in an era with Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees and Peyton Manning.. He wasn't better than any of them. It would have to be a 1 in a million situation for us to beat 3 of those guys in 1 year consecutively with Romo as our QB. Terrible way to build a team. Things are the same nowadays, we just switched positions with you guys.

To real fans its really no switch in my eyes..they are the same QB and honestly has more to do with this organization than either QB...Why do we continually need the best o-line or we suck, A top RB or we suck..so on and so on. If the owner is unwilling to have a coach that runs the team we will always be held hostage by who he has on the team because he can not get credit for coaching the team....the beat goes on....

I mean, when the nfl gets a call wrong they just give out a lame "we messed up with a frown face" apology with no real repercussions towards the ref who made the terrible call. Dak will probably lose some endorsements so atleast he got something out, even if it's a cookie cutter, fill in the blank apology

Tell the NFL to donate 20 grand to help with their options why in the hell do they need a athlete to help with the operations of a billion dollar business? Make it make sense lol. You just saying some silly stuff man i'm just trying to keep you in order.

Unbelievably dense

I already stated in another thread that the problem with this team is that it thinks it can field a team of All Pros at every position and that's just not realistic.

It's the job of the GM to know this, and build a team within the rules. He has to have a vision of what he wants and stick to it for 2 years and in year 3 they should be ready to compete. The problem is, our GM has no vision.

The way this team is built right now, we should live and die by our passing offense because that's were the resources are located but you already know if they shut down the run we are done for. I sound like a broken record, but giving Dak 40M and expecting him to drive the bus was and is an idiotic idea. You could have used those resources in other areas!

The teams that won with that kind of team (Seahawks) could only get away with it because Wilson was making peanuts.

There's no realistic scenario in wich paying Dak (a mid QB) top dollar will result in a SB . were doomed to mediocrity for the next 2 years. I hope the Jones learn by then.

I mean i can argue that the WR's are not what anyone thought they were either...again its all a miss, just like with Romo..he looked best with a good running game..the problem is our owner is afraid to hire someone to come here and take control. We end up with too many cooks in the kitchen and a playoff loss...You hire a coach and let him work his plan and fire him if it does not work..that is not how we work because the coach works the owners plan.
