You are posting comments not made at the end of the season but when he was playing elite football.

2 of those comments were right after the bucs game. The rest were July and August. You can click on each post to see which thread they were from, it's a very interactive site

as qb not wins and losses. Sorry my eyes say daks clearly better then JG.

I like winners..... I thought that was what the Cowboys had in DAK....Romo just wasn't able to win...and I thought that all changed with DAK...boy was I wrong... DAK looks good against the NFC East teams but cant win big games.. Jimmy G is not pretty, a game manager but somehow, someway he just wins...it may be the team, but I cant say that about DAK.

Something coincidental, both Romo and DAK lost to Tom Brady in the regular season....and what did they say to Tom Brady after the game...we will see you again, Ironically, neither did and neither have....they both ended up sitting on the couch watching Brady in the playoffs.

Now DAK is also watching Jimmy G play

I think there's something to be said about Dak in college with talent that was not good enough to get drafted as opposed to what a guy like Burrow had which was NFL 1st round talent all around him.

I'm with you though...Burrow the real deal...you never know how a guy translate into the NFL but he's checking all the boxes.
For sure bro, Dak's leadership qualities then, and now, have always been next level. You can't measure it, but it's an invaluable intangible.

My point is, how many of them are now? Who's saying he's elite right now? Because I haven't seen it.

You say so much crap you don't even remember saying it lol. You didn't say that last week lol...you said that a few months ago that you like Dak. But now your "player evaluation" is correct.

Just a few months ago you said you like Dak and he's playing great.....

You had all this praise for Dak....do you not remember making these comments sir?
1. I know I said that a few months ago, that's why I said "He was playing great at the time". There's no way I would have said that within the last few months. Hence why I also said "thank you for digging that up because I wouldn't take the time to do it" also should have told you that I know it was said months ago. You get called out for your reading comprehension a lot, and not just by me, so you need to seriously work on that.

2. Saying Dak is the leader of the offense means nothing. He IS the leader of the offense. He is the QB. Just because he is the leader of the offense doesn't mean he's a good leader. You notice I said Diggs and Parsons are the culture changers, right? I didn't include Dak in that, because he's not.

It's overreaction time, most people here are down on Dak. After the draft, after minicamp, after DFW reporter hype the threads will start popping up again: Dallas Super Bowl Odds, Dallas best team on paper, Dak is criminally underrated, Jerry has finally realized how to win.

You know youve seen it every summer, after 13 win seasons, after 8 win seasons, and even after 6 win seasons. And that's when the Dak is elite crowd will start cropping back up, that's how I found these examples.

Carr has had 24 4th quarter comebacks and 30 game winning drives in 2 more seasons than Dak who has had 10 and 17. So basically 2x more in 2 more years.

Don’t know why Derek Carr keeps coming up he’s played in one playoff game since he entered the league in 2014 and is 0-1.

Yeah, he gets six games a year where that isn't really an issue, I'll give you that.

It works with any QB who's consistently good. In 5 years, Mahomes has 10 GWD's. In 8 years Carr has 30. Why? Because Mahomes often has the game wrapped up by that point. In 14 years as starter Aaron Rodgers only has 27. Is that really indicative of anything?

The fans are more sour on Dak than they were Quincy Carter. I’ve never seen a fan base turn against a player like they have Dak. Even when he was playing his best football most Cowboys fans were luke warm on him but after his play the second half of the season and in the playoffs it’s been nothing but Dak HATE. It’s not just on this board it’s everywhere on social media. Never seen anything like it. The entire blame for the playoff loss has been put on him. If fans are looking for encouragement heading into the 2022 season you’re not going find it here.

If I also consider who these playoff QBs have to throw to, I think Dak is better than Hurts, Jones, Big Ben. Dak is on par with Jimmy G, Murray (debatable given his speed), Carr, and Tannehill. Dak is inferior to the rest of them (Allen, Brady, Rogers, Mahomes, Burrow, Stafford).
