I'm not a fan of Dak's play or Romo's play because neither garnished us at minimum an NFC Championship game. We can argue over who they had, who had this who had that, but their numbers are basically identical. So I'd like a new QB here, but Tad is just protecting his brother. WOULD ANY OF YOU PROTECT YOUR OWN SIBLINGS? I would, I don't care how crappy he is, I will protect my brother till the death.

I got to say though. Just like the 80's were filled with Michael Impersonators, this board has its share of Tad Impersonators.

Dak is a very popular player. I get it.........sells a ton of jerseys........and if all you do is look at numbers and ignore the context of those numbers, defending him is an easy thing. Some folks will only remember his spectacular play against Philly not caring it was a meaningless game for Philly or that they rested half their starters.

I prefer to look at the turd he laid in a home playoff game, and wonder what the heck is wrong with this team.

There's nothing 'constructive' about telling one qb to call up a forner qb for advice on how to read a defense on twitter.. Why shouldn't Tad defend his brother? If Dez wanted to 'help Dak out', reach out to him privately and offer to set up a meeting between him and Romo.

As much as I want Tad to shut up and go away I agree with you here. I feel Dez was wrong on comparing him to another QB and doing it publicly. I feel it would have been more constructive to reach out to Dak privately and give advice. I don't feel Dez was malicious with his intentions but just a bad judgement call doing it on a public forum. Overall I do agree with Dez that Dak should reach out to Romo or someone to help him read defenses.
