lol wow

Dalrymple also was accused by a lifelong Cowboys fan of taking "upskirt" photos of Charlotte Jones Anderson, a team senior vice president and the daughter of team owner Jerry Jones, in the Cowboys' war room during the 2015 NFL draft, according to documents obtained by ESPN and interviews. The fan signed an affidavit that he was watching a livestream of the war room on the team's website when he said he saw the alleged incident.
Is that why Marinelli was making all those hand gesture's

The guy who wrote the story was just interviewed on the Chris Canty show on ESPN radio. Most interesting points were that everything regarding the cheer leading incident was time stamped from the card key entry to the security cameras in the hall. The cheer leaders said RD was in the dressing room for several minutes, RD said a few seconds. I sincerely doubt Jerry pays out 2.4 million over a few seconds. Writer said RD was allowed to keep his job because they checked his corporate Cowboys issued phone and no evidence found. Nothing said about a personal phone he may have had. But seriously how low IQ would you have to be to end up putting your criminal evidence on your employers servers? Finally some anecdotal evidence: Jerry and the teams's chief legal council declined to be interviewed for the story. Ask yourself when was the last time Jerry declined a mic and camera?

Jerry and Stephen aren’t exactly going to be looking forward to the next interviews. A lot of no comments and dancing around this topic.

I didn't say it wasn't believable.

Reading the article, I'm saying the article proves the Cowboys investigated and it wasn't swept under the rug by people in the know. The cheerleaders had a choice. They could've gone public then and I would've believed them then too. They chose not to.
Exactly my thought. The cheerleaders could have taken it publicly back then, but decided they wanted the cash.

Don't believe everything you read and only half of what you see.

Hit jobs are commonplace in sports and entertainment.

These incidents occurred in 2015, and the guy continues to work for the Cowboys for another 6 years. I mean, he's caught taking perv shots of Jerry's daughter, and Jerry keeps him around for all that additional time.

This organization is so messed up and broken.

you assume the owners knew

I'm pretty sure that the head of public relations for the Cowboys has plenty of interaction with the cheerleaders at least the women in charge of them. To that end he could have been looking for one of those people in charge in order to talk with them about whatever event was on tap. I mean, they let fans into that locker room during tours.. I have pictures of myself in there. WITH cheerleaders.. Just sayin.. I don't know Dalrymple from Adam.. but this sounds like some people who saw an opportunity to grab some of Jerry's money and took it.

You can tell the difference between an honest mistake/typical business and creepy behavior. I have a feeling that for the organization to go this far and for as many people to come forward as there have been, this is a situation where people finally got sick of putting up with the creepy dude at work who had gotten away with some unacceptable stuff.

As the article says, the team investigated the incident in 2015, issued a warning to the person in question, and then paid $2.4 million as a settlement to the cheerleaders. Yeah the owner knew.

and they continued to employ this guy?

Employed???

If he did that to my daughter, losing his job would have been the very least of his worries.

That he didn't disappear is a shock to me, of his own volition or otherwise.

Why would it be so hard to believe that Dalrymple is a pervert? We see/hear about stories just as bad, if not worse, every day. I don't put it past anyone.

Jerry is a highly astute businessman. It's unfathomable that he would not have let the alleged perp go once he found himself in a position to pay the alleged victims. It's pretty stunning that this nugget stayed buried for so long.

the article addresses the phone - Dalrymple says he doesn’t have a personal phone. I don’t think that’s very weird. I only have one phone and my company pays for it.

Re the time stamps, they just show him going in. Security should show him going in and coming out. But I don’t think the writer was given those?
