I don't Cousins in better, I think they are pretty even. Cousins has been averaging 100+ in QB Passing Rating the past 5 years or so.

Numbers are close, with Cousins better in most categories.

Dak isn’t the same against good teams, same as Cousins. But he at least shows up against the bad ones

Saw it on 1st Take.I think they’re the same player.Dak used to have the advantage w/ his legs, but doesn’t use them anymore.I can’t stand Screamin’A. Smith.It’s possible to debate w/out screaming.It’s to the point now where I can’t even watch him anymore.

A team could win a Super Bowl with either IMO. That's not saying much about their greatness. Nick Foles has a Super Bowl title. Eli Manning has two Super Bowl titles. We get too caught up in quarterbacks. I'm OK with Dak being pretty much even with Cousins or even considered less than Cousins if our defense is the 2000 Ravens, 1985 Bears or even our defenses from the early 1990s or 1970s.

I'd say Cousins is defitnley a more accurate passer and if I had to choose I'd choose Cousins. With that said they are in that same third tier of QB's and I could see people making an argument for either based off little nuances. With all of that said, Dak is very very overrated and I don't think anyone can disagree with that with a straight face and more and more people are starting to admit he's not what he was made out to be. There was a small fraction last offseason saying it and arguing against a big contract (myself being one and a handful of others on this board). Now of course he's already been paid, but the amount of individuals with that view point is growing and I'd venture by next off season it will be the majority and will also be what the majority of the media is saying.

Everybody looking at stats as if every QB plays with the same circumstances around them. Doesn't anyone watch Cousins play? He is a straight up average QB. Dallas doesn't even need their starter to beat a team led by him. I'm not a big Dak fan, but IMO I wouldn't give Cousins more than Fitzpatrick money. BTW, I'd take Fitzpatrick over Cousins.
