If they draft Gordon this year it renders your 2nd and 3rd round picks from last year useless unless Gordon busts.

Brown and Lewis are still here as well. Diggs mans one side.

Awful use of resources. They need to get over the obsession of trying to cover all day.

I'm glad that guys can be "sudden and dynamic" on the tackle after a reception for a first down, but....come on already with the corners high.

Invest in the trenches....or ANYWHERE......except corner. My goodness already

I agree. Jeremiah mentioning another corner says to me that he doesn’t know the current Cowboys team.

Honestly, I'm starting to think fans/media may be higher on Dean or any LBer with 24 than folks at the Star. Just remembered Jerry was actually initially concerned about using last year's 1st on Parson until coaches and Mcclay assured him he was more than an off-ball LBer. It's still way early but something to keep in mind.

That’s because Jerry is an idiot and not a real GM.Thank God we have McClay.

Reminds me a bit of how Jimmy built his 90s on speed.....either this maybe gives an idea of what we can expect

That's all very well in September and October. When you get to December and January how are these under sized players feeling in themselves. Bill Parcells always preferred bigger guys. I think speed is overrated on a DEF. You need a combination of size and speed amongst your personnel.

CB in rnd 1 would be a waste. We need impact dynamic players closer to the line of scrimmage.

I can see Jerry’s concern when he’s drafted LVE and Jaylon in the 2nd with diminishing returns.

The playoffs magnify weaknesses and the 49ers ran over us to the tune of 169 yards rushing. Maybe we needed more speed. They just need to bite the bullet and rent one the run stuffing DT free agents for a year or two. It would probably cost around $6-9 million per year.
