LMAO, did you see who the guy is that replaced Dalrymple? Wilkinson, the crisis manager and in house investigator on all things Dalrymple. Damn, Booger must be expecting a lot of flotsam and jetsam coming his way.

There's going to be kids coming out of the woodwork, real or made up. The owner of the most valuable sports team on the planet? lol

hey thats fair. But Fish doesn't need to be a jerk about it either when fans wanna ask him about this. He's been really salty lately, smug. It borders on arrogance.
Thats because the fans that go to his youtube show dont just ask... they ask and then they become wise arses when they dont like his answer. Hes human like all of us, he gets tired of the wise arses and he pops off.... no different than what happens in here on a daily basis.

Gotcha.

I think some were thinking (hopeful lol) that this would cause a scandal that would cause him to be forced to sell the team.

It's nowhere near approaching that and I very much doubt Jerry was blindsided by this....possibly even fed up with being extorted.
thats very possible. Jerry could have went to his wife a year ago and said look, this is what happened and here is what I did . Now they are coming after me for more money. He could have sat down with his entire family and said loo.... we just won a SB, I was this young guy(compared to day0 and I got so full of myself... and blah blah blah... my point is NONE of us know what has already happened behind the scenes, and I wont even pretend that I know... unlike so many others in here.

You are just jealous because you don't have the imagination that we have.

If Booger got a ticket for jaywalklng, we could have him forced to sell the team, divorced, broke and washing car windows at traffic lights and drinking rotgut scotch out of old Wendy's bags inside of two hours.

the lawsuit and his DNA arent connected.

The woman is claiming that Jerry is her biological father. She’s seeking financial support. The lawsuit claims Jerry paid her and her mother to keep it quiet. If it turns out he’s not her biological father she won’t get a dime from him.

You make some viable points, but I disagree with the “garbage” and “worst in 25 years”, when in fact it’s almost the opposite. Dallas is near the top in regular season winning percentage. We just haven’t done well in the playoffs. It’s not a popular point I’m making, I’m as frustrated as anyone over the lack of Super Bowls, and I imagine my comments will draw angry name calling because the frustration is epic, but I gotta stand firm in my beliefs. I WON’T feel embarrassed, inferior or apologetic for the past sexual indiscretions of a drunken, mega-rich attentionwhore that happens to own my favorite football team.

The Cowboys are my favorite for 1,000 different reasons, and Jerry Jones is not on the list. But what else can I do except remember the past and hope for the future?
I agree with you on basically everything. I also do not feel inferior, apologetic about Jerry Jones. And I agree we have some great regular seasons. But as a fan I want post season success. My main issue with Jerry right now is I feel we have a very dysfunctional, immoral and enabling culture in the organization. We did in the 90's and I didn't care as much cuz we were winning in the postseason. Now I feel the entitlement, dysfunction, unfocused culture of the organization is manifesting on the field in the post season. That's on Jerry if Jerry is everything concerning Cowboys. Jerry can screw any chick he wants. That's between him, his wife and if he has any religious affiliation. I completely don't care if Jerry is a man *****, alcoholic, etc. As long as the team wins championships. Troy and company were mentally strong enough to overcome the culture Jerry established in 94 with the ushering in of Barry Switzer and the ushering out of accountability. These players are not. They're a representation of the unfocused, undisciplined and entitled leader. My proof is the 49ers game. That had Jerry's stink all over it. That was Jerry's personality on the field.

So something has to give here. Either Jerry changes the culture from within the FO or we have to draft about 25 more Micah Parsons. Micah Parsons is someone who loves football enough and didn't buy into any excuses after we lost.

The most disheartening thing for me this season was after the 49ers lost to the Rams, Debo was crying on the bench and OBJ went over to console him. My 1st thought was why didn't our guys cry after the loss? Their leader is so upset about losing he's crying and needs to be consoled. Our leader told the fans to throw water bottles at the refs. That mind set is the difference between a winning organization and a losing organization.

Jerry has to right the ship and start winning in the postseason again, then he can stick his ding dong into anything for all I care. Again that's between him, Gene and God. Super Bowls is between Jerry and the fans and that's what I want.

Everyone seems to forget the mother in all of these. Could Jerry have paid hush money, probably and most likely. It is also possible the mother who was going through a trying time in her life at the time did not want the circus of being the "Baby Mama" of Jerry Jones and agreed to excuse him from his duties with conditions which he agreed to. There are a bunch of plausible reasons why Jerry did what he did and we will most likely never know with 100% certainty on why he did what he did because well he is rich and this is does not even register as a serious blip on a billionaires radar.

I think what did him in was his stunt at the St. Patty's Day parade, while under investigation. It was he said/she said and that pushed them over to the she side.

I think the other tipping point was the public knowledge that, at the behest of his HC, Meyer at that time, his father moved to Columbus to try and get him under control. That's was an eye opener for most people.

I do think something happened and it got out of hand and they both admitted to using alcohol and drugs, particularly coke, and that combination can make normal people very abnormal.

….another possible factor was that the “#MeToo” movement was in full bloom following the Harvey Weinstein revelations. NFL was feeling the pressure to make Ezekiel a prime sacrificial lamb and the fact that he was the top RB in the NFL on Americas team was another feather in the cap for Goodell.

Zeke received no due process and nobody gave e a crap

This gets more and more interesting - and Jones may have the eye glass cleaner, Shy Anderson, to blame for this getting out:

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...boys-owner-jerry-jones-client-motivated-money

The complaint also says that Charlotte Jones Anderson, a Cowboys senior executive and Jones' daughter, is currently engaged in a divorce with her husband, Shy Anderson. The lawsuit says that Davis Spencer was recently subpoenaed for a deposition in the divorce proceedings, which are described in the suit as "protracted and contentious." The lawsuit alleges that after Davis Spencer was subpoenaed to testify in a deposition connected to the divorce, she was contacted "by at least one person" associated with Jerry Jones.

"This person informed Cynthia that Defendant Jones would be very displeased if she testified at her deposition and disclosed that he was Plantiff's father. Cynthia was told that Defendant Jones could, and perhaps would, terminate the trusts, which currently still stand to benefit Plantiffs with two lump sum payments owing to Plaintiff when she turns 2 and 28, if Cynthia testified to the fact that Defendant Jones is Plaintiff's father."

We all should be happy with the entertainment Jerry & company provide. When I first read about this I truly burst out laughing. Where else can you get this for free?

Yes it will make you debonair and dashing and down right spiffy
