No you didn't but it's ok. Others did.I did answer it. You just couldn't comprehend it.
I explained how you handle the "What if a RB is the 24th best player" in detail.

So it went totally over your head? Ok.No you didn't but it's ok. Others did.
Nah you just responded like a deceptive female. Now be quietSo it went totally over your head? Ok.
There’s a group here that feel the team should draft Davis to “finally” fill the need of that big run stooping DT. This will surprise some but I think if Davis is there he’s going to get a real look. Davis is really unlike anything we’ve seen. And I think there are people in front offices that think he’s more than just a run stopper. You also start to wonder what a guy like Quinn could do for the player. The combine I think opened some eyes. Because of that I don’t think he has any chance of falling to 24.
Remember how our O-line play improved when we drafted Fred Beard? Linderbaum would give us that.Linderbaum, Green, and Johnson. I think you can find interior players later in the draft that can be just as good. Use the 24th pick for a prime position.
BPA gets you Taco and Jaylon. My way gets you Brockers and Wagner.Would you take the 6th best DT over that BPA running back?
There is a reason drafting BPA is more successful than reaching for needs.
My way gets you Randy Moss.
Your way gets you Greg Ellis.
Wrong. BPA gets you Brockers and Wagner.BPA gets you Taco and Jaylon. My way gets you Brockers and Wagner.
Oh no, you can't deny your strategy. Taco was BPA by a mile. Very well regarded. Don't backtrack, you want to support a severely flawed strategy, you take the good w/ the bad.Wrong. BPA gets you Brockers and Wagner.
Reaching to fill a need gets you Taco and Jaylon.

I'm for a combo of both, BTW, using only one simple strategy to draft is extremely foolish. And since there's no such thing as BPA anyway, it's not a strategy.
Taco was a need pick. They came right out and said they picked him over CB because they needed a DE and didnt think they could get one on day 2 and could a CB. They even had a 1st round grade on Dalvin CookYou guys who think we should take a WR in the 1st have been falling for Jerry spew. Just taking someone because you think they might be good w/ no regard for scheme, needs, or anything of that sort is why we remain a team that is .500 or loses in the 1st round of the playoffs. BPA is a ridiculous strategy before round 4, I have no idea how people have fallen so badly in love w/ screaming it. Taco was BPA.
And he was still BPA. Saw him rated as high as top 10.Taco was a need pick. They came right out and said they picked him over CB because they needed a DE and didnt think they could get one on day 2 and could a CB
He was rated top 10 anywhere after the combine. Around the draft most had him as a fringe first rounder. There is zero legitimate evidence of him being BPA, especially when they came and said they picked him because they needed a DE. They even said they had a player with a 1st round grade on the board which was Dalvin CookAnd he was still BPA. Saw him rated as high as top 10.
You can't pay attention to anything this team says.
Jaylon was also BPA.
Since there's rarely a clearcut BPA, it's simply not a viable draft strategy.
I just posted a pre-draft assessment. Nfl.com lamce zurlein (a guy well respected on here) had him as a pro bowl talent. 7.0 grade. And just about everyone else had him going in the late first. One guys grade, no matter how respected, doesnt reset a guys value.I just posted a pre-draft assessment. BPA in that draft according to them was Dalvin Cook, the only 1st round grade they had left. Knowing what we know now I still don't take CookI just posted a pre-draft assessment. Wrong. You literally got it backwards. TJ Watt was the BPA and thats who I was screaming from the rooftop to pick. If you think Taco was BPA and very well regarded you are a fool.Oh no, you can't deny your strategy. Taco was BPA by a mile. Very well regarded. Probably not, but I think Davis is a better player and prospect.Would you draft Dontari Poe in the 1st with the benefit of hindsight?
Vernon Butler?
