To be fair, being an average team seems to please many on this site way too much for them to actually be fans of the team. It’s as though they are pleased that the Cowboys just aren’t the worst team in the league, so the Cowboys FO do just enough to satisfy the base requirements. There’s some insatiable demand to be average at worst, cause ratings might suffer otherwise.

Agree there are always a couple of sleepers - Jaguars and the Lions will be much better. This will be the beginning of a miserable 3-4 years for the Cowboys where the embarrassment will reach a whole different level yet there will still be people bailing out Prescott with excuses. This is going to get real ugly.

What they fail to recognize is the fact is that we are OLDER and with less talent due to our cap being stolen by overrated jag players!
