I was 8 years old the last time Dallas played in a Super Bowl... I don't even really recall being a fan until about 2000-2001

But anyway, in no particular order:

Nothing good happened between 2000-2004... At least nothing worth talking about...

2005 @ Philly. Roy Williams with the game winning pick six!

2007 @ Buffalo. Romo threw five interceptions and we still won. Nick Folk was the hero that day; successfully executed the onside kick, and kicked two game winners from 50+ (Buffalo coach iced him on the first attempt)

2009 @ New Orleans: The Saints were 13-0 and no one gave us a chance. We ended up winning thanks to big help from the defense, Romo, and Miles Austin.

2009: Wild Card vs Philly: Romo finally gets the playoff monkey off his back.

2014 @ Seattle: another game that no one gave us a chance in and it started off ugly; a blocked punt for a TD, but thanks to a ridiculous 3rd and 20 conversion, DeMarco Murray, and Rolando McClain of all people, we pulled off the upset.

2016 @ Pittsburgh: Zeke's best game as a pro, in my opinion. The entire game was wild, but when Zeke broke away for the winning TD, it was heavenly... Always nice to beat the Steelers.
'HappyOnions' - think you nailed all of the 21st century memorable games - except one.
2011 - Cowboys @ 49ers: Romo with fractured rib - 77 yd completion to Holley on first play of OT to set up game winning FG.

After being a fan for 47 years it was not easy to narrow it down, but here is mine:

For me it was the 1978 Cowboy's SB victory over the Bronco's.

I was a brokenhearted kid after the Cowboys lost to the Squealers in the 1976 SB, my first season as a Cowboy's fan.

For us to win it all in such a dominating fashion was so, so sweet !

So here is a chance for a positive slow offseason thread !

Whatcha got ???

The slant to Alvin Harper at the end of the 1992 nfc title game in SF against the 49ers. I was at that game, and watching harper run to the other end of the field sealed it for us Cowboys fans, and we all knew it. The niner fans all knew it also... it was party time as soon as harper finished his long run.

Not a darn moment of memory worth keeping the last 26 years. After 26 years, Arlington Jonesboys got my mind is playing tricks on me...
So I go back down Memory Lane... then I came across "Tony Hill Touchdown Tony Hill!"

2003 was decent. My 1st good year (started around 1999-2000ish) where we made the postseason.

Sunday night, November 5th, 1989.
Dallas 13, Washington 3.
Cowboys not only avoided going 0-16 ___joining the 2017 Browns and 2008 Lions; but Dallas also dodged being the only NFL franchise post World War II and the expansion era (1960 to present) with TWO winless seasons.
0-11-1 during 1960 inaugural season.
Other modern-era winless seasons - 1976 Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-14, 1982 Baltimore Colts 0-8-1.

Living in the ATL at that time (still do) --- the city's favorite nicknames back then was "Hotlanta" and "The Big Peach".

Year after year, decade after decade - that Dallas win in the playoffs divisional round over Atlanta was ALWAYS rated by Falcons fans and the sports media here as the most gut-wrenching, heartbreaking loss ever (until 28-3 happened).
That’s cool to know!

Cowboys, Eagles, and Falcons all finished the 1980 season with 12-4 records.
Philadelphia the NFC East winner because they had more net division points scored than Dallas.
Atlanta was the no. 1 seed because of a head-to-head win over Philadelphia late in the season.
PHL no.2 seed, DAL no.4, Minnesota no.3.

The Falcons regular season victory over the Eagles was on the road. So when the Eagles beat the Vikings in a Saturday playoff game, the Falcons knew they would host PHL in the conference championship game ---- once they took care of the visiting Cowboys the next day.
The whole state of Georgia was salivating....they were making plans to be partying on Bourbon Street ___Super Bowl XV was scheduled for the Superdome in New Orleans.

Beating the 49ers in 92. That Alvin Harper slant when the game became close is one of my all time favorite plays.
Another great moment is Emmitt breaking the record against Seattle which I went to. Emmitt will always be my all time favorite Cowboy.

Memory lane is all we have now. Thanks Jones boys.

It's sad, but at least we have those.

Has to be the first round playoff loss against San Francisco back in January.

I've never been more proud.

Yeah, I was just a little guy: 10 years old. It was the biggest win I remember from my first years as a fan. I think that that Falcons game became a “Fantastic Finishes” highlight reel for Alcoa. Those were the days. The Cowboys were bigger than life to me.

Well I will go with a recent memory, my fav season was the 2014 season.
The game where we went to seattle, and they had the # 1 defense, and the legion of boom lol, and with murray and a good OL they ran the ball on them and won.
On one drive romo just handed off to murray, with the last one a 24 yd td run that put them ahead to stay!

That is the last good memory I have lol.
Also the romo 5 int game against buffalo was exciting and fun to watch.
And yeah the cowboy niner games were good too, and the SB's.

I found a game from 91 with the houston oilers, I am going to post, I just watched the HL, and now want to see the game.
I miss the Oilers.
The 91 season had some good games!

The 1992 SB victory I witnessed as a teen. The first one I saw live. I was all things football for the two weeks that preceded the game. The way it was won (52 - 17) made it all the more sweeter. I was too young to experience any other ones prior to that.
