Not unless Goodell does the deed because the one team that would sign him already has him.

There are teams, most of them I think, that would have already acted and gotten rid of him just based on what they already know. They are also concerned about their sponsors.
here you go again jumping to conclusions. What if what they know actually looks good for KJ? Im not saying that is the case, im just willing to let this process play out and let the chips fall where they may.

and yet arrests made and its not KJ..

he did not influence, participate, force, or control the situation, got it..back seat while the two in front had control of vehicle and weapons and the trolls her want to blame KJ??
.......................................

Agree with all you said. Why is everyone in a hurry to say what should happen before the facts come out. Let the process take its' course. There is no rush here. If it warrants cutting him, fine. If not, I hope he makes the pro bowl this year.

I’d argue it did honestly.

Bang Em Smurf is a disgruntled ex-colleague of Curtis Jackson lol.

He's not the only one who said.

Gotti went on to mention the incident from which those charges stem in his Instagram post. In March 2000, 50 Cent was assaulted by members of Murder Inc. at The Hit Factory recording studio in New York. According to NY Mag, 50 was treated for stab wounds to the chest as well as a collapsed lung at a nearby hospital.

The document Gotti shared lists Curtis Jackson as an "informant," which Gotti takes as indisputable evidence that 50 worked with police to file an order of protection against those who attacked him.

Elsewhere in his lengthy Instagram post, Gotti asserts that 50 brought a successful lawsuit, for either $150,000 or $250,000 (unable to remember which amount), against the Gottis and Black Child.

Maybe not, he might have averted that by naming the two guys. They could implicate him though.

They probably lawyered up so it's deal discussion time about who has leverage.

"Lawyered up?" You mean they arent complete morons and are doing what anyone involved in a criminal proceeding should do?

Facts? How about he was in the vehicle and didn't report it and let this go on for a month? That much we know is fact because he's already admitted that.
and what we dont know is that he knew a guy was shot and killed.

LOL when a group of 5 men do a drive-by and kill someone, they be bangin'
No. Being in a street gang has initiations, an organized structure of membership.

having a few morons hanging out with you when you go out does not mean you are actually in a street gang.

He was with his boys from LSU. He had just got in a fight with another group. You don't think he was part of the excitement? He just accidentally got in the car with a bunch of thugs he didn't know? You are either really naive or have your head up your butt. His excuse for not going to the police immediately?
IN HS I was a pretty good kid. Didnt do drugs, played HS sports, never broke into a house, car, nothing... just a normal kid. One night I had some friends I was driving around with. We got drunk, were at a HS All Star baseball game. We left and as we were walking to the car... BAM, one of them shatters a car window and grabs a purse out of the front seat. I was in a daze like, *** just happened. We left and that was that. I was 16, not strong enough at that time to say hey screw off, I aint into that stuff.

Nothing happened and we went on with life, but that night has stuck with me forever. What is one of those thugs shot off a gun as we were leaving a party. They could have killed someone and Id have never known. Woudnt have had a reason to be looking in the papers to see if someone was shot, I would have just continued on.

Then a month later the cops show up at my door asking me about that night at the party and they inform me someone died from a gun shot.

It is totally plausible KJ didnt know someone died. Its also totally conceivable he was well aware someone died. Give it some time, the FACTS will come out.

At best, the dude witnessed a murder and consciously chose to not say anything about it. For a month. Went on about his life.

You want that on your team, cool. But stay the hell away from me.
He witnessed a murder? IN the video it showed an suv leaving the scene and a couple shots fired and the vehicle was gone. Did KJ hang out to see the guy on the ground bleeding out? I wasnt aware he stayed back to see where the rounds ended up.

Some people say, guns don't kill people. Stupid people with guns kill people.

I always ask them, but if the gun wasn't there that night/day how many people would have died? They get mad, say that's not the point, then go on this long rant. I just simply ask them that question again to piss them off even further.

I find it freaking HILARIOUS that a few people in here seem to have more of a problem with KJ "Snitching," than being involved in the actual incident. Grow the hell up. Snitches get stitches are for thugs and those in prison. Are you one of them?
I actually feel for the young man who passed aways family. I don’t have the facts on the case so all of us are speculating. I listen to both sides of the argument because everyone has an opinion. Their is no real side because a young man lost his life in a senseless shooting. The Dallas Cowboys will continue to play with or without Joseph.

But that's just it. People duck and scream when they are being shot at. You can't tell the difference if someone has been hit or not, unless you go check it out. So someone going to the ground and screaming doesn't necessarily mean they've been shot.

But he still knew somebody fired shots. So failure to report a felony is the least he can get.
can you show me the exact law that requires you to file a police report?

I don't hunt, but I'm pretty sure you can tell when the bullet hits whatever animal you're shooting. A bullet is faster than sound, so nobody screams and ducks out of the way.
not at night in a car that is driving away with bullets flying. You seem to make it like he got to see it on video with instant replay.

So Joseph told on the guys and he himself didn't get arrested. Interesting. Police just might drop the failure to report a felony in exchange for his testimony.
ill ask again, show me the texas state law in regards to failing to report a felony. Id like to read it.
