I think that's my biggest frustration with this organization right now. We haven't won in 25+ years but we have been the team to enable, give 2nd chances, draft injured players, etc. And we have no Super Bowls to show for it. So we have a lot of embarrassing moments on and off the field by knuckleheads and no winning to show for it. If Jerry wants to win get guys that are focused on football and not rehabilitation projects. Jerry is always looking for a steal. Well that's great in rounds 4-7. In rounds 1-3 get the stable player.

I'm not sure about the suspension part. If we don't cut him or let's say the league suspends him for a year I would be in favor of Jerry putting some money into mental health care and security for KJ. He needs it. But if he's not suspended then I want him cut and be someone else's problem. That may sound contradicting. When we had PacMan we had security around him 24/7 and eventually PacMan got into a fight with his security and his availability for next game was in question. If Jerry wants to play god/therapist/father figure/buddy with these players then do it with players we are not counting on week in and week out. Players we need on game day Jerry has to be the boss and hurt their feelings as an employer. Just my opinion. But I'm frustrated that these players let us down on game day or not being available to play and we lose and keep losing year in and year out. Frustrating.

Joseph on television off the field reminds me of PAC Man with his personality. Hopefully he can be at least the same player on the field. PAC man had a solid pro career.

Just went to the store and i ran into one of my players from about 20 years ago....he hugged me and cried for about 10 minutes... honestly, I don't even remember his name, bit it made my day.....to think that I had that much influence on a kids life....wow

If we keep him, the media will explode with “Dallas sucks” propaganda, he’ll get suspended for several games, and it’ll be a major distraction. If we cut him, someone like Green Bay, Tampa or the Rams will scoop him up, and he’ll be All Pro.

We’re lucky that way.

It was a typical Cowboy pick swinging for the fences and trying to look smart when all we needed was a base hit.

Just get us someone who can step in and upgrade a position. Stop drafting the injured guys and the character issue guys. We should be able to improve the talent base with a second round pick.

Thinking one player has better tape then another player is just an opinion. There is no wrong answer to a question that asks for an opinion.

I didn't say there was right or wrong. I asked his opinion. He's the one talking about first 15 games because he knows damn well those 3 had better tape. Simple questions just require simple answers, not long, drawn out, disingenuous responses. Like him saying Joseph had better measurable and bringing up 40 times but not saying a word about 3 cone, shuttle, broad or vert. I don't like that lil sneaky stuff
