Is this what happened? :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:
warning: curse words are in the video, so any little ones around have them ear muff it. Leave it to Key and Peele to nail it.

Jerry is always looking for a steal.
that is a key flaw in his thinking. It is in his nature, so he cant resist it.
They also look at stats, and probably HL reels lol.
HL reels make any player look better than they are, you should watch whole games to get a good look at the player.
Jerry has the money, he should hire a scout for every major college team, and then listen to them if they find a good player.

They totally missed mahomes, and he was right here in texas.

has fish done a video on all this yet?
cowboys havent said anything else yet.
all is quiet on the KJ front.
poll is 53 % for cutting him, so many voted to keep, although many of those were just undecided.

Well you know in the past, that is exactly how people were judged, sentenced and executed, by a group of people who decided they were guilty and needed to be
punished, which was mostly death, hanging ,burned at stake, stoned, etc. would have been scary to live back then.

Yep your right I probably wouldn't have lived past 21 lol

One thing this post illuminates is that not only are people here armchair quarterbacks, coaches and GMs.. but apparently a lot of you are armchair lawyers too. This case will play out and take care of itself.. I'm on to the draft.
This is the court of public opinion and gangster has on place wearing the Star.

Well this is what I thought about, something happened in the club to make KJ's guys want to fight those other guys.
there should be video from the club too, but I doubt we ever see that, or that the police even care about that aspect.

it was probably something stupid and typical , bump into someone and that person then wants to fight you, or over girls , typical stupid stuff.

So the club closed, and they were all leaving, and the smoking guy ran in front of the other guys so he could be waiting and attack.

my guess is KJ's guys lost the fight or took some punches, so ran to their car and at that point decided to drive by and shoot at the guys that got the better of them.
They may have been shooting at ray, or possibly the group, and ray was the one who got hit.

And when they got to the car they pulled out their guns, did a ammo check cock them , safety off lol do some posturing, and some boasting about we will teach these guys
a lesson, then had the driver drive by at slow speed, point and start shooting.

And during all of this KJ did not know what was going on, or going to happen, and was too scared to stop it?? Maybe he was aggin them on to do it? who knows,
but no way could he be innocent or not know what was about to happen.
I will add that KJ is probably the biggest of them, all muscle and a professional athelete, and these guys are just ordinary joes who dont work out at all.
I think he could have stopped it if he wanted to.

After reading Dallas paper and the statements that the Detective stated you could be right. I havent seen the video where it was claimed that KJ was the one throwing punched. So according to the Det Cameron left the club went across the street where he was gunned down in a drive-by in which KJ himself has admitted to being in.
The connection Joseph has to this investigation is from a necklace one of the people at the scene" of the crime was wearing. The initials YKDV are part of Joseph's rap moniker YKDV Bossman Fat. YKDV stands for "You Know Da Vibe". According to MSN.

So we can tell by this video that KJ did NOT go to the police right after it happened after the Det called for a witness,he could have come forward???? Doubt it because I think they would have been questioned sooner.

So I have to agree that he may not have pulled the trigger but KJ had to have known that his buddies were carrying a gun. I highly doubt that none of them talked about getting even while they got in the SUV and headed towards Cameron.
It appeared to me that Camerons group was content to let it be and now a young man is dead.
So based on that information IMO KJ should be charged as an accessory and failure to report a crime after the fact.
If no charges are filed because KJ is now the star witness IMO he is still responsible for Camerons death. If he is not suspended I would be shocked and if Jerry is truly trying to build the right atmosphere KJ needs to be fired because his actions lead to an escalation of the shooting itself.

I'm not trying to find a way to punish him. Again you're assuming the wrong intent. But that's okay. I guess you're incapable of reading comprehension. I've stated multiple times it's about the culture that should be encouraged by the team and player reliability. If the leak suspends him for 8 games or a year or whatever, suddenly he's a waste of a roster spot for however long. But go ahead and keep misunderstanding or willfully ignoring my intent.

You are creating narratives and making unknowable assumptions that all end up with it. It is what it is.

The way this appears to have gone down doesn't really suggest they were intent on killing any of these guys. My speculation is that they intended to fire a few message sending shots on the way out and one of them fired the unluckiest lucky shot of his life.

If you're intent on actually killing or even hitting a target you probably would set it up much better than to be shooting from a moving vehicle at such a distance with a handgun.
No offense but anytime a gun is pulled there is always a chance of someone dying.

Bit of a stretch to say they missed Mahones when he went pick 10 and Cowboys had pick 28 in that draft. This after a rookie Dak Prescott lead them to a 13-3 season.

We would have had to give up pick 28, a future 1st and our 2nd to beat Kansas City’s offer.

What am I creating? He was in the car. Shots were fired from the car. Ergo he witnessed a crime. Whether he was a participant or not, he witnessed a felony and failed to report it. That's a crime itself. He was also seen in video fighting with the victim beforehand. He admitted to fighting him and being in the car.

So what narrative am I making? That's all established fact. Look it up.

I’m a bit surprised that it has been complete silence from beat writers so far. It’s only local news outlets and then obscure Cowboy sources I’ve never, on vaguely heard of.

In this particular case you were coming up with ways for KJ to lose his guaranteed money through conduct detrimental. You apparently lost track of the argument.

They really cannot say much. They can only report what they know.

He was there, a fight broke out, he was in the car that shot and killed Ray. Reports say he did not do the shooting.

They likely cannot do or say much more than that.

What? There are so many questions they could discuss.

  • Is Joseph likely to be suspended
  • How long
  • Is he likely to be cut
  • Is CB now a draft need
  • The FO’s appetite for risk in the 2nd and how it’s biting them.
  • Tarnishing the image
  • Does off field matter..how much
  • The responsibilities of an NFL player
There’s a hundred topics that might be discussed that don’t require more information, or unfounded speculation.

Bravo! Totally agree.

Amazing how you're now making a much different but better informed opinion AFTER WATCHING THE VIDEO as I asked you to. The video definitely helps one see things more clearly, especially when one sees KJ join in and physically attack the victim before the drive-by shooting. KJ most definitely is as responsible as the shooter himself, and I hope Jerry realizes keeping such a person would be very detrimental to the team.

Wrong, both morally and legally.

But you may have a point about him being detrimental to the team.

Monkey didn't come up with anything. He's simply stating what we all have seen on video. If KJ loses his guaranteed portion of his rookie contract, that's on him for hanging out with career criminal hoodlum rat's, beating up on innocent bystanders and being an accomplice to a drive-by shooting that resulted in a murder which KJ also failed to report to the police for at least a month until he was identified on video.
