He obviously told the cops who the shooters were because they were arrested the next day. Yes, he didn’t come forward right away on his own but if his lawyer is worth anything, he likely got Joseph some type of deal for his cooperation. His legal exposure I’d likely greatly reduced now but the league will surely hand down at least a 6 game suspension or whatever the CBA allows. He has poor judgement but did the right thing. I want to hear the true details before making my mind up on him but I would think what he just went through may very well bring about a positive change in his life. He was and maybe still is facing losing everything. Hopefully that forces him to change his ways and allows him to get through this and have a better life. Whether that includes continuing to play football in Dallas is yet to be determined.
