Yeah, but its a no-brainer even for a young moron like KJ. His career is hanging by a thread...............and he decides to workout with his teammates and focus on his career instead of trolling the strip clubs. Big props to him?
As a 22 year old. He is close to losing his career and he is all over the news and social media. He had good reasons to not even bother showing up but did so anyway. There is something to say about that.

that’s what’s upsetting to many of the older fans. The younger ones have no concept of that because all they’ve seen is the worst of the NFL and they are numb to it. To them, ignorance is bliss and all this bad behavior has become normalized and to be tolerated

Most of us just want this dysfunctional mess to just make it to a NFC Championship game regardless of who they field. The days of collecting Football Cards and having hero’s like Roger Staubach are over.

Thats the unfortunate truth of it. I honestly don't understand how anyone under 30 with no memory of even the Jimmy Johnson years would voluntarily claim this team.

He is supposed to be a professional football player. Showing up for workouts should be expected unless the bar is really that low............ especially for a guy coming off a disappointing rookie season.

I'm more concerned about when it comes time to ration practice reps. Why give them to any player that might not be able to play, meanwhile other players are not given the opportunity to get those important reps?

Is Dallas changing their uniforms to County Blues?

It's amazing, nobody ragging on him has been in the wrong place at the wrong time when they were young LOL. Good people make mistakes and sometimes get caught in situations they can't control. That's why it's best to withhold judgement until all the facts are known.

So you know that fans here have never been in the wrong place? Seems realistic.

He's done nothing to prove he was worth the draft pick we used on him. Fill in the excuse.

Voluntary workouts are called that b/c of a CBA designation. Most of the team, including Dak and wrs are there. Not going would show a total lack of commitment, particularly in KJs case.

and he will be humble and give credit to others

I hope so. Considering what his present situation is and his chances of having a promising future, I'm hopefully encouraged for him. He's apparently maximizing his opportunity to overcome his recent dangerous situation by reporting to the voluntary workouts, despite his legal problem. What he does now and in the weeks ahead should impact him and his career for the rest of his life.

The Dallas Cowboys' team stands to benefit as well if Kelvin is able to successfully avoid incarceration. Hopefully, he'll learn a hard lesson from what has transpired recently and get his act together off the field as well as on it. His personal life and his career obviously hang in the balance. He must act, from now on, in the most positive way humanly possible. What he does on the brink of disaster will turn his life around with a better approach to living.

Dunno if this came from him or his agent. Either way, he will need to play the part of the choir boy to avoid getting cut - and not being able to sign with another squad. His career teeters on the edge, and he understands that-this was the only reasonable decision he could make at this point.

Yes so why the hate on the guy, if he gets arrested then that's another story but we are all innocent until proven guilty, cut the guy some slack and see where this goes. If anything this should be a wake call for KJ if ever there was one.
You are 100% correct. Theres a lot of ppl in this world that have zero empathy and tolerance for others. Mostly because they live in bubble and never had to overcome adversity
