I'm sure the US military is learning a lot about this kind of stuff. I'm sure a regulation will come out (if it hasn't already) that you cannot have any kind of device where you can be tracked. Back in the day a lot of information came out where our troops were because of cell phones the soldiers were using when they were calling back home.

All well and good, all it takes is one numbnut to loot some electronics and get everyone around them killed. It just goes to show some of the logistic and training issues Russia has had during their "special operations". Russian positions had been targeted because of communication issues so officers had used their cell phones to communicate, calls were intercepted and/or tracked.

Air Force ‘Rapidly’ Developed a New Drone for Ukraine: Phoenix Ghost

The Air Force “rapidly” developed a secretive new drone for Ukraine to use in its fight against Russia, the Pentagon revealed April 21—but details on the platform are scarce.
The U.S. will deliver at least 121 of the new Phoenix Ghost tactical unmanned aerial systems....

The official went on to compare the Phoenix Ghost to the Switchblade drone that the U.S. has already delivered to Ukraine. Switchblades are often referred to as “kamikaze drones” or “loitering munitions,” because they are capable of flying over a target before crashing and detonating in a precision strike.
The Phoenix Ghost provides “the same sort of tactical capability” the senior defense official said, and is a one-way weapon.

Tank turret landed on the 5th floor? That's one heck of a blast!

Russian tanks always have had the reputation for having their turrets blown off...

German tankers had a saying something to the affect of, "A T34 (Russian tank) will always tip its cap to a Tiger (German tank)."

Meaning the German tank would blow the turret off the Russian tank.

What a very reckless headline backed by a weak ~300-word throw-away filler with an even more feeble source that has zero mention of anything "nuclear".
Here's the source link: https://www.hindustantimes.com/worl...-danger-of-world-war-iii-101650918870597.html
Now, if I missed something in those articles, please correct me.

We really need a major reset to the media when they start to nonchalantly toss out fake articles about fake nuclear threats for click$.

That article didn't really say or explain what Russia actually stated, it wasn't so much a "threat" but, more like wanted to remind people that the threat is still there.... if that makes sense.

Russia’s top diplomat warned Ukraine against provoking World War III and said the threat of a nuclear conflict “should not be underestimated” as his country unleashed attacks against rail and fuel installations far from the front lines of Moscow’s new eastern offensive.

“Everyone is reciting incantations that in no case can we allow World War III,” he said in a Russian television interview.

Lavrov said he would not want to see risks of a nuclear confrontation “artificially inflated now, when the risks are rather significant.”

“The danger is serious," he said. "It is real. It should not be underestimated.”

Again...Right there^^^^^^ Where in any article does a Russian spokesperson get actually quoted on anything Nuclear? Certainly not in that yahoo link you just gave, either. This is true misinformation (not you, just the inference from the articles). I dislike using the word "misinformation" because it's become quite devalued over the past few years, but it really applies here. This just feels like another case of planting the seeds to get further involved.

He's definitely alluding to a nuclear conflict. He doesn't want it to happen, but if other countries get directly involved in Ukraine, that would heighten the risk. The Russian Foreign Minister isn't saying they would, he's not saying they wouldn't, he's just saying...... It was just a reminder to other countries to stay out. If the "threat" of a nuclear conflict wasn't there, EU/NATO forces would be more likely to have actual troops in Ukraine.

I wouldn't call it misinformation, more like over-sensationalized. He just wanted to get his point across.

I think I see where the confusion lies. Over the years the term "World War III" has become synonymous with "Nuclear War". It's not necessarily the same thing however. The possibility of World War III was stated, not nuclear war.

That doesn't mean to say that he didn't mean to imply the risk of it, but clearly he stated World War III and not Nuclear War. All of these journalism sites are going by the assumption that World War III is the same thing as Nuclear War when it doesn't really mean that.
