I think Penning is their trade up target

During the Senior Bowl week heard the Cowboys were extremely high on Penning. He fits the type of player they want to target this offseason. He would bring an attitude and a physical presence this team sorely lacks.
Likely either Penning or London

If they go up more than 2 or 3 spots it better not be for anyone except a top flight DE.
None of these other guys are worth that kind of capitol.

Penning is NASTY. A thug at LT. We can use him at LG the first year then replace Tyron with him. I hate the idea of trading ^ still. BTW..He is better than Cross and its not even that close.

I can easily agree but I think it's Hamilton.......
Top 14 tells me it's Penning. Hamilton is suppose to go later. With 3 safeties under contract, don't see it. Love the player, but he would probably be our deep safety with Kearse more inside the box.

I wonder if they start him at RT and have Steele remain as the swing tackle. Him at Guard would certainly help our rushing offense.

thats an idea. But I think Steele has earned the RT starting job. Its his to lose in camp. The interesting thing might be Tyron Smith. If Penning is better, they may move on from him this year. Draft will be interesting tonight.

Penning's anchor is tremendous, gets great push in the run game. Think he is more of a right tackle, but could play on the blindside in today's game.

I can only hope the Jones' are that smart. I'm still thinking they'll do something stupid like a trade-up for a WR. 3 first round WRs in 4 years puts them in that rarified air with the Lions.

I like Travis Jones more, but wouldn't complain if they finally filled this weak area.

I’m going to hold out hope that they’ve looked back at their last two early playoff defeats and realized that they need to do something to stop being run over.

i woudnt trade up for Penning.my trade up targets are limited.I would give up next years 2nd for Cross.
