LOL Fake news! Unreliable source at it's finest. If Hurts plays like a franchise quarterback in 2022, then the Eagles might give him a big contract extension before next season. But even then, they'd still have the ability to backload it & keep the cap figure relatively low for at least the next few years.

The standard in the NFL is that 90% of the QB contracts are bad. If you want to be anything more than a below average NFL team, you need to over pay your QB.

The truth is, Dak would have got this contract from most if not all the NFL teams in this league that is in need of a QB. Some of the teams with dire QB situations probably would have paid him more.

Just me but this tells me Dak's contract is just where it should be. Anyone now saying he's overpaid is misguided.....

So far, Hurts has proven to be very limited as a passer. This is a big show-and-prove year for Hurts to get his extension.

Nah there not going to do the Dak blunder and with all those picks they have in a QB-rich draft will be selected there future QB1 in the upcoming draft.
Remember Jerry is unique in the NFL as a GM and Philly ain't following his inept drunken footsteps when it pertains to the QB position!!
