Watson should have gotten a full year at least, but an indefinite suspension like they gave Randy Gregory would have been more appropriate. Just think, Gregory was suspended indefinitely for smoking pot. Watson gets 6 games after more than 20 women filed complaints against him - and there may be as many as 40 others out there who have not yet. In the meantime, Watson still have 4 ongoing civil complaints.

Anyone still want to believe Goodell is not biased against the Cowboys?

The NFL apparently loves Cleveland despite Cleveland giving the NFL one of the worst franchises in the league's history.

"If that's true, then 90% of men under the age of 25 are sociopaths." - Suggesting you know this is what makes no sense. I have no desire to argue with you as you defend the guy. Do not care. But your numbers are simply not factual at all.
That's where you are wrong. I'm not defending the guy. I have no personal involvement at all. Most are taking this personally. I think what he did was wrong, and the law should've given him a misdemeanor. IF, and there's a big IF, the law thinks he did this. At this point, I just don't know what the law thinks, except I know they dropped the case, so they obviously don't think too much of it.

I was a teenager. I was around a bunch of teenagers. 90% is an arbitrary number. However, a high percentage of teenagers flirt inappropriately. Very high. Did you go to a private school or something, where you didn't see this? Haven't you heard the assertions by young girls about how young guys act?

IF he's going to get the punishment fans/media want.....Goodell will have to do it.

And that's hilarious to me because the guy they swear up and down is Doctor Evil with many more meelions of dollars, they are now cheering for to get their pound of flesh in this instance. He's evil until you want what you want, then he can be your good guy for the hour. And then we wonder why things are the way they are? Lol.

Sounds terrible. Definitely something he should have his reputation smeared and career threatened over dont you think?
I've witnessed so much worse.

One night at my friend's apartment when I was living in Houston, there was a drunk girl passed out. There were 3-4 guys who were pulling her clothes back and viewing her parts. Man, that is so sick. We carried her up and put her on the couch.

Yes, that was the year that, for example, T Smith was out and we found out that Chaz Green was a dish rag with scrambled egg for brains at blocking. However, if Zeke plays for an extra 4 games, I think that'd make a big difference. We finished 9-7 that season, mind you. So, if Zeke plays for 4 extra games, that means we likely win the division as we had a better record with him playing than not playing. If that result holds, perhaps we finish 11-5 instead of 9-7, assuming we split those games. Who knows what happens next?

If I recall it was the FO inability to properly prepare for a possible suspension. They did absolutely NOTHING as if Zeke wasnt getting suspended. Then they put in the backup RB and expected him to be able to do the EXACT same things and didnt alter the offense at all.

A Garrett special if I remember correctly. The Cowboys werent doing anything that year in the playoffs.

Even worse.

Instead of directing Zeke to just apologize and get it over w/, whereas his suspension would've been reduced to 4 games(which was the norm), Jerry and Zeke sued the NFL to get the suspension overturned. And lost, of course.

The NFL if it appeals would only add like two games to the suspension. They have to go by the same evidence that the judge used. Plus the NFLPA will challenge the overture in court. A federal judge is going to have a problem with the NFL over ruling another judge. It would be a mess.

wrong... the nfl would win any case Watson's team takes to court. Reason? simple... the parties in the case would have already agreed to give the league the ability to appeal the arbitrators decision and dish out whatever punishment it wants. A judge is not going to tear up an agreement that both sides agreed to... its called a contract basically.

And another thing. This is all per ESPN. Why are people getting all riled up if we can never trust anything they say? Lol.

All in unison guys: :espn:

If the NFL fights this, man have they opened up a can of worms for any future arbitrations. Not a good idea.

Accept and move on.
