The guy wanted to be payed like an elite QB.

Well elite QBs are able to move the ball against great defenses on a constant basis. That with average talent surrounded.
Dak still has good talent around him.

So where is the problem ? Play like an elite QB. You had 6 years to learn how to do it.
And as i heard you are in the best shape of your life.
What elite qb performs with average talent? Yall so lame

I said it first concerning the Jones boys setting up Dak for failure this coming season.
Seems Mr.Helman agrees....

Nah, Mike McCarthy is 2022's scapegoat.

Dak is on deck for 2023, when the inevitable non-super bowl season comes to a close.

I’m not sure where you get the idea I’m a Dak basher. I’m pretty fair with him. I’m an Independent vs a hater/lover. He does a lot of great things but has faults people should acknowledge. I just hear that he’s a top 10 franchise guy so why make excuses. Mahomes ran for his life a couple of years. They also have used a heavy does of RBBC. They just lost their top WR so we will see. I just don’t think with the cap you can have this perfect roster. So guys need to step up. Btw I was going to message you earlier but guess I’m
On your persona non grata list :)
I'm playing on the same field as you.
Stinks to be falsely labeled, but that's what happens on a giant message board.

I'm not surprised how you cut my whole statement out but only left 3 words. Proves my point. You guys complain nonstop, but you don't like getting called out on your hypocrisy.

PS: I praise the Cowboys, which includes Dak. That's what REAL FANS DO.

Love you, America's Cowboy. Can't stand yer boy Dak's play!

This is going to be a very interesting season, for sure.
So many dynamics.
Thing is despite our dysfunctional ownership unwilling to sell it as such this is basically a retooling season.

We have to revamp our OL, receiving corp while hoping our running game is healthy and revived .

Our greatest hope of improvement is on defense.

NO EXCUSES!!!!!

It doesn't matter what the front office does. The players have to adjust and execute. But having a strong offensive line is better than having a strong wide receiver core, IMO.

As they say, the game is won in the trenches.
And there's the problem.
Last years OL was not great and we lost 2 starters.
I appreciate the first round pick, but some free agents were needed.
Oh forgot that the salary cap is a real thing.
Just ignore that extra 20 million under the cap detail.

I think they are setting the whole team up for failure just at Kicker and by not firing the horrid OL coach.. two pretty important things they have ignored.

You're right.
It should go without saying, but here we are.

Hopefully they'll be smart enough to bring in someone if they need too. I have no problem with them doing a let's check and see. But fix the problem when and if one pops up.

Yes, but our Idiot in Chief would never downplay a season as retooling. That might not be enough hype and promotion . He’s still onward ho selling another SB season.

It’s like the Titanic full speed ahead until it hits an iceberg . Then everyone is looking for a scapegoat and jumping overboard.

Our greatest obstacle is our leadership and toxic culture it presents.

It will be too late then most likely. Problem is most can already anticipate what the issues might be.

That’s the problem with not having a legit GM who doesn’t plan for worse case scenarios. He’s too busy wearing his owners hat hyping and promoting his product.
