He was a good pick up. Lots of similarities to Parsons. He won't be quite as good. But he'll be good in his own right.

To be honest, if I was in charge, though, I would have risked going after him in the 3rd, but I don't think he would have made it that far. I probably would have taken Travis Jones right there. So I'm glad it wasn't me as GM that time, because I do like our guys in the middle this year, for once.

I'm really excited to see Sam work the edge with Parsons, and D Law on the field. Seattle double teamed him almost the entire pre season game. When they didn't, he got a sack. More impressively is that he did it with a bull rush and drove Cross into the QB. I've a lot of hope for that young man. He looked impressive.
