If only there had been some sign that Dak was injury prone…maybe then we would have addressed it in the off season.

Seriously though, this wouldn’t be all that bad if we had any QB prospects in the wings. They went into the year knowing this would happen, and once again did nothing. Just like our Oline.

If I were Parsons I certainly wouldn’t waste my career with this organization.
Exactly, if only we had some warning or premonition of Tyron and Dak being injury prone then we could have prepared in the offseason.

Jerry is the only billionaire I know of that doesn't have any form of recording device that would allow him to look at recent history and plan accordingly.

According to over the cap it's cap neutral but leave 49M in dead money (which is his cap hit for the year). We'd have more cap the following year by cutting him.
So if we cut him outright after this season it would be the same cap hit as if he was on the team for 2023, but in 2024 we would be clear of his contract? If that's true then do it. We're average at best with him, might as well save the cap money.

What happened to TBs banged up OL, they seemed to dominate our DL most of the night.
TBs oline is the reason TB only scored 19 points

if they had their starters they probably win 35-3

Yes but this would assume the ownership actually cares about winning. I think that ship sailed long ago. He only cares about promoting a brand. Well two. His and the teams. While they are focused on billion dollar practice facilities, other teams are actively trying to win.

Speaking of crystal balls, it didn’t take a rocket scientist to look at what the Eagle did last year and see they were on the rise. Then they go out a get a massive upgrade to their WR core. Meanwhile we are trading away parts like a used car dealership. It’s sickening.

There still is 18M in cap in 2024, but if we keep him it's 52M.

Ok thanks, so if we cut him this year it would be the same cap hit next year and 18 million in dead money for '24?

Man that contract is looking worse and worse.
