No. I think the offense will have had the same issues against that defense. They have had similar struggles against good teams throughout Daks career. But then again I expected a Dak led offense to score more than 3 points vs tampa.

Very hard to say. After all, we did just score three with Dak against Tampa. I want to see if he comes back better than he was in that game. Might take a few games to shake off the rust, though.

Yeah it’s hard to tell because I don’t think that Eagles team is as good as their record. But if they are? Might not have mattered.

Rush sucked. But the game plan wasn’t as if he sucked. He should’ve been protected the same way Hurts was because IMO there shouldn’t be a time early in the game where you have a empty backfield.

Who knows. Too many variables would have changed to say one way or the other. But there were enough small things that could have gone our way to think it might have been different. Maybe if he throws 2 Ints instead of 3 that would even have been enough. Or had a little more arm strength and got the ball out to CeeDee on that play in the 4th Qtr. We'll never know.

Had he said that then I’d agree. But instead went into this whole a joke/analogy to protect Rush.


I stand by I think Rush got screwed with the game plan. They’ve protected him every game he’s played in and it just unraveled….not just him but the team.

Well rush is on a 17 tds per season pace and Dak threw 37 last year and smoked Philly for 41 and 51 points when they last played..so yeah probably at least a TD.

Those defenses are better than the Eagles. To me there was a clear edge attacking their linebackers with our tight ends and they acted scared not to. They have good corners but they’ve beaten both of these guys in the past. Discouraging they couldn’t do anything against that group last night.

Oh boy honestly I don't know where some of you were hanging out during during the 49ers and the bucs but jeez reality is coming.

This team has big problems at QB, going cheap and then trying to pretend that throwing franchise money at average Dak was going to make him somehow great was stupid, and will go down in history as a huge mistake.
Rush proved to the entire planet that Dak was a huge franchise mistake.
Dak already proved it, but peeps thinking that Dak will come back somehow better than he was is a fools errand at best.
We will be lucky to get even last years under performing Dak stats back when he returns next week.
This team is basically hanging it out on two average at best QBs with one being payed to save the day, and the other being payed franchise money to save the season.
That equates to failure.
Its great that we probably have the best backup QB in the entire league, that is about all we have gained from Daks absence.
Dak didnt get better magically by sitting on the bench.

Dak definitely would not have thrown 3 picks, but the Eagles corners still would have locked up Gallup and Lamb; all of Cooper’s interceptions were him trying to get them involved in the offense and I don’t think Dak risks that. Moore will also inevitably throw more with Dak in there, eliminating some of those run plays with Elliot. For good or for bad.

So less mistakes but offensive options still limited, would have been a different game. We’ll see in December
