But they both have great beards.Fun fact: Jason Kelce has more All-Pros than his brother Travis.
And 3 more than Fred Beard.

Or they could draft a bust.Currently holding the 6th pick in the first round right now with the Saints sitting at 3-6. With the team they've assembled right now this could definitely be a case of the rich getting richer in our division.
This front office that hasn't fielded a Super Bowl team in 27 years
Not a lot of difference in cap space between the COWBOYS and PhilthyTheir GM will be moving up to select a QB..........Ya his name isn't Jerry.
The Gagles are looking to take over the NFC East for the upcoming years and they are not hiding this fact.
Our options are few as the Cap will have us handcuffed.
Or they could draft a bust.
The Eagles are “fools gold”. Soft schedule, and caught the Cowboys on their backup QB and still had a hard time winning the game.
Eagles are not going to win a SB this year; however, they are going to win enough games that they are going to have to pay Hurts premium money to keep him. If they wait until he is in the last year of his deal that may be even worse.
Hurts isn’t a “bad” QB. I wanted Dallas to take him in the 3rd round to backup Dak and push Dak, but he didn’t fall that far so it was a moot point. Hurts is not a top 5 QB.
If I were the Eagles I would trade Hurts for some high picks including a first rounder and go get me another young QB out of the draft of off of the scrap heap and develop him. I think that is the smart move.
Five years of cheap QB plus that team plus extra draft picks sounds like a tougher “out” for he Cowboys than for them to pay Hurts $45 or $50M per year.
I am aware of how the playoffs work. I'm also cognizant enough to know that having a nearly free pass to a home playoff game (at the worst) as a division winner year in and year out dramatically increases your chances at getting one of those rings. Having a bye boosts the chances even more. The notion that you will win more Super Bowls if you have to run through a tough division is hard to support from a math standpoint.Once the Patriots took care of dominating their weak division and dispensed the best the AFC had to offer in the playoffs, they defeated the best the NFC team six times.
Not realistic based on what? In 2013 Philadelphia won the division with Foles, then Philly traded him for Bradford and then traded away Bradford for a 1st, drafting Wentz. Brought in Foles again, Foles won a SB then Foles left. Then we traded Wentz away and drafted Hurts.
And through all this we’ve made the playoffs 5 of the last 6 years, with 4 playoff wins (and counting), and this year’s team is looking as good as any we’ve had in that span.
What is the basis that none of that was “realistic?” It happened. If Gardner Minshew was our QB this year, could we be 6-2 right now? At least 5-3? We’d still be well into playoff contention if we traded Hurts.
Andy Dalton will pull the Saints out of the gutter. He is better than Dak, at least that's what I've heard.Currently holding the 6th pick in the first round right now with the Saints sitting at 3-6. So you're saying that Hurts isn't a major reason for why the Eagles are 8-0 and that Howie won't see him as a major reason and is potentially going to draft a QB in the first round despite the Eagles being 8-0 with Hurts? Also there is still the point of how the Eagles are going to eventually need to pay some QB due to how the market works. Unless they believe they can just gamble away QBs solely based on what happened in 2017.
Doesn't change who they are.....?Best record in the league
Undefeated thus far
Division rival
'Doesn't change who they are....?'Doesn't change who they are.....?
They are the eagles....Rivals...division foe....'Doesn't change who they are....?'
What does your statement mean?
And we got a 1, a 2, and a 3 for that 2021 first we traded to the saints. The 3 was packaged for AJ Brown, and the 2nd rounder we still have from them for 2024. So if they’re bad again next year we’ll have 3 picks in the top 40
Guess it all depends how they view him. Do they think they've got a Lamar Jackson or Michael Vick level of qb or do they think they have Jacoby Brissett. If I am the Eagles I use that pick grab a QB, wave bye bye to Hurts, and keep the loaded roster going. They already made the mistake of signing an average QB to big money once, I cannot imagine doing it twice will work out for them. The fact that they are in position to do so though is somewhat annoying.
And currently have the league's best record, plus in position to garner the no. 1 = playoff bye for the first round. They are the eagles....Rivals...division foe....

The Michael Vick that played for Philly was one scary dude on the field. I know Giants and Washington fans that still have nightmares about him. If they thought he could play at prime Vick level he'd be signed already. I can't think of another QB I ever saw that had his combination of arm strength, pure speed, and running ability. Hurts is nowhere near that level. The only QB's I can think of that had that arm are Testeverde and Cunningham (pure strength).Guess it all depends how they view him. Do they think they've got a Lamar Jackson or Michael Vick level of qb or do they think they have Jacoby Brissett.
