We knew the rules. If we had taken care of business, then this wouldn't be an issue.

This doesn't happen often, people need to quit crying about it. Sean Payton on the post game show said since 1970 only 6 teams have won the division with a .500 or below record, and they're 4-2 in the first playoff game.

Adding the extra wildcard team has watered down the playoffs some in my opinion. However, the extra wildcard team and the extra game has given more teams a chance. The league wanted more teams having a shot at the playoffs the final week of the season. There were too many meaningless season finale games prior to the changes.

The 7-9 Commanders hosted the 11-5 Bucs just two years ago in the playoffs. The 7-8-1 Panthers hosted the 12-4 Seahawks in 2014. The 7-9 Seahawks hosted and beat the 12-4 Saints in 2010. I stopped there. This is not something new.

Edit: By the way, we aren't a 13 win team yet, so we don't know if that will happen at this point.

Disagree. There's an argument for reseeding but I think a division winner (no matter how bad) should be a higher seed.
