Why did the NFL create a schedule where, in the playoffs, a team playing on Monday could end up playing a team that played on Saturday. If the Gnats and 49ers win, the winner of the Monday game (hopefully the Cowboys) has to travel to San Francisco. That is a big advantage for the 49ers. Monday playoff games are a terrible idea.

Hate to say this, but the schedule probably won't be affecting the Cowboys.

Monday playoff really does feel stupid

Also the reason joe and Troy dont work for mnf is Bc so often mnf is a dud and it’s standalone.

A big appeal of buck ail man on fox late afternoon was that they’d have a lot of nfl news and games to discuss. Lot of Nfc east results. It felt good to have them around

NFL doesn't care about the future matchups, they just want what's best for that round. Assuming there are no upsets, the winner on MNF will still go to Philly who had a bye week so either way, you have a short week and in that case, Philly will be rested. They did the same thing last year with the Rams/Cardinals as the #4/#5 matchup but when SF beat Dallas, at least the Rams ended up playing the #2 seed who didn't have the bye.

Pretty sure they have the Monday teams play on Sunday not Saturday, "screw job" you must have some delusion that Dallas is going to win
Try to comprehend what you are reading before making snarky comments

Highly doubt the winner of Monday nights game will be playing sat.

no ones rooting for the giants over the Vikings right ?
Not rooting but I think the Giants will beat the Vikings and I think it will be an easy win for the Giants. The Giants aren't the best team, but they play hard all the time. The Vikings are more like Dallas. They often look like they are not ready to play and they don't really play hard in big games.

We get MNF because it probably was in Joe and Troy’s contracts to get Dallas at least twice per season to help pay the salaries!

Minn has struggled vs the run, if NY can keep it close they will have a good shot at beating minn. Last meeting Min won 27 to 24, this is no gimmie game

I just don't care anymore. I'm going to watch the game and hope like hell my favorite team wins Monday, and if they don't I'll go into off season mode watching golf and hopefully getting a few rounds in. Pop back in here around draft time and see what everyone is whining about, then maybe a few more times in July to keep up on the news. I have less confidence in this years team then I've had in years past teams. I just don't think this team can stay out of their own way. Boy do I hope I'm wrong.
