I propose to you a new way to judge teams/QBs.

Simply say if you take that QB away from that team could Cooper Rush come in and go 5-1 with that roster. Do those teams have the talent in the right places to succeed with Cooper Rush at QB?

Let's do it with the playoff teams.

Cowboys - Yes
Chargers - No
Bills - No
Chiefs - No
Bucs - No
49ers -Yes
Giants - Yes
Seahawks - MAYBE
Jaguars - No
Dolphins - No
Bengals - No
Ravens - No

If you're a "yes" or "maybe" team then you need to be looking for an upgrade. It seems you have the pieces in place, but the most important piece (The QB) is not a difference maker.

Minnesota, Dolphins, Bengals, Ravens all yes

just another agenda driven post

Where were these threads two weeks ago????????

Recency bias is pathetic.

If those teams defenses average giving up around 17 PPG during the stretch the answer is maybe / Yes to all.

I wish the defense was playing as good now as they were when Rush was playing!!!

Dak sucks though!

One of the most miserable posters I've ever come across on any sports forum ever.
On any other forum these guys would be labeled trolls and called out in 2 seconds. Unfortunately this organization hasn’t had success for way way too long and they deserve criticism but because of those failures these Guys that offer nothing in terms of football knowledge get to fester around.

The benefit of Cooper is that he's not going to make so many mistakes. He plays within himself. Dak thinks he's Mahomes.
Cooper Rush was able to play "within himself" because our defense played its best 5 game stretch of the last 25 years.

With the way our defense and running game is playing as of late Cooper Rush is not going to be able to play the same way he played early in the season. He would have to go out and win games with his arm and I do not think he is capable of doing that.

What's killing this team isn't the defense.

This is hypothetical and pure speculation. There is no way to KNOW what Cooper Rush could/would come in and do with any other team. All we can be sure of is what Cooper Rush did with the Dallas Cowboys. He went 4-1. Further, to say that he has a lesser percentage, while true, is not a fair comparison. If that be the case, he also has a better winning percentage than Tom Brady, Kirk Cousins, etc., etc., etc. And I'm not a Dak homer, but this is pure conjecture.

When will it end.

Rush is not and never will be a starter in the NFL. Kudos for the 4 wins but the offense was dreadful and we won because the defense was unbelievable.
