Some suggest "Make Dak a Game Manager".

Think back on the turnovers in that game.
-10 yard out w/7-man protection. Pick #1
-8 yard pass over middle. Pick #2
-6 yard stick throw...into LB's belly. shoulda been Int #3 and pick-six

These were all ordinary QB circumstances where Dak was doing ordinary QB things. Not super pressured on any of them. All short passes...Dak wasn't being aggressive in these plays pushing the ball down the field. Just made bad reads/decisions.

Some games Dak is clutch. Sees the field. Is quite good. Other times he gets deer-in-the-headlights, to the point where he can't even manage low-risk plays.

You'll go crazy trying to understand Dak. That's why I've been up and down with him all these years. Some games he looks elite and others he looks like he shouldn't even be in the NFL. That's who he is. Can't win a SB with a QB that's so inconsistent.

Yup.

Try to get him another good WR and give it one final year. I really don't like that option but it's our only hope. Dak is untradeable and we aren't in position to get a QB (low draft position + weak QB class)

I've said this a few times and I'll say it again. It's time to begin the process of moving on from Dak as he's way too inconsistent. The FO should start drafting his replacement immediately, one in each draft. It's doubtful they can afford a good one in FA, so work the draft. Then, bench Dak. It will be a tough pill to swallow, but repeatedly doing the same thing every year is making no progress.

The guy doesnt read the defense. He just throws the ball.

He never reads the lb. Sombody on haning with the boys also said it. There were so many throws this season where the LB had a chance for a pick.

Fans already.
FO is now.
Teammates losing faith will be Daks final call.

There is a Brock Purdy in every draft, right?
We don't really know what Brock Purdy is. He's not asked to do a lot for 49ers.

As for finding a "diamond in the rough" ....some drafts have thin pickings.

Consider 2019
1. Kyler Murray (Arizona Cardinals)
6. Daniel Jones (New York Giants)
15. Dwayne Haskins (Washington Commanders)
42. Drew Lock (Denver Broncos)
100. Will Grier (Carolina Panthers)
104. Ryan Finley (Cincinnati Bengals)
133. Jarrett Stidham (New England Patriots)
166. Easton Stick (Los Angeles Chargers)
167. Clayton Thorson (Philadelphia Eagles)
178. Gardner Minshew (Jacksonville Jaguars)
197. Trace McSorley (Baltimore Ravens)

Dak is not elite…Dak needs playmakers around him to take the pressure off of him so he doesn’t press and force the ball to make things happen. Jerry has to spend some money for some playmakers on offense and better coaching for Dak and WRs; if not, then he needs to create a succession plan for when Dak is ultimately released. Some hard decisions need to be made.

Think back to the Bucs game. Some games Dak plays the #1 defense and best team in the NFL on the road.

He was a game manager and bus driver his rookie year.
That was when the oline was killing it and Zeke was killing it and Dak was not afraid to run,,,however back then he was afraid to throw into tight spots so he did not have as many issues.

Why buy a fancy garage for a 1978 Yugo?

Most fans and talking heads agree that Daks best year was his rookie season when the offense and run game was flawless for the most part.

Ever notice how much help he had?
Romo on the sidelines helping him with plays and coverage. Freadbeard pointing out things and schemes during the game. OL just dominating the trenches. All he had to do was manage the game.

Since his rookie year he's built up some "scar tissue" or something. At times he seems like a guy with the yips or just rattled.

That looks like a 68 firebird as your avatar. Do you currently have that?
I had a charcoal one as a senior in HS. It needed lots of work and I was leaving for the Army. So I made a decision that I still regret to this day. Sold it and gave my dad the money as he bought it for me initially. I did not want them to have to have the car stored at home or somewhere, just did not think it through. What I should have done was had my dad keep it. Send money home each pay check to put up so it could be fixed up in the end. Oh well, young mans mistake,
You see a good deal of those early camaros, you dont see as many firebirds from that general year,
