You want to start winning this fanbase, and frankly, the locker room back?

Take a pay cut so we can keep the guys we have and improve even more on the free agency market.

Most of us are at the point where we would rather just trade you but your value is at an all time low. So we know we’re stuck with you so take a pay cut and prove your accountability!

There isn’t anything he can do to win back this fan base because they were never in his corner from day one. Most of the fans here wanted him benched during an 11 game winning streak his rookie year. The majority of this fan base has never supported him even when he’s played well.

I think Zeke should pay money back the Cowboys and leave.

Cmon. Nobody should ever have to give back money after getting paid. I wouldn’t, and neither would anyone else. He’s most likely our QB next season. The end result of that season, will absolutely determine his future with Boys. Wait and see what happens then.

Just in general, I suspect that the QB market is going to see an adjustment. Most of these big contracts have become complete albatrosses hurting team quality to the point where teams are eating salary to dump them. It doesn't matter how great Aaron Rodgers is if his salary absolutely prevents you from putting together a quality team.

That irrelevant. We all know they're huge problems, but their pay or not pay doesn't directly affect the salary cap and hence the talent we could possibly get.
My point is if Dak should take a pay cut for his crappy pay ....... then so should others ...... including the architect of said mess.

The same Dak that in 2019 turned down a $30M/year offer, in 2020 turned down a 5-year $175M deal that averaged $35M/year with $110M guaranteed only to play 2020 on a $31.4M franchise tag and then in 2021 refused a 5th-year contract demand from Dallas to then force Dallas into a 4-year $160M deal with $126M guaranteed.......

...that Dak Prescott???? If you think Dak would do anything to help Dallas wherein he isn't getting additional money for it you are fooling yourself.

Dak knows he bent Jerry over and will do it again so long as Jerry allows it to happen. Dak isn't about the team but only about Dak.

Dak should take a pay cut for the simple reason that it would put more pressure on the front office and take some of the pressure off of him when it comes to the topic of free agency signings and roster. building. And don't allow the Joneses to use his contract as a scapegoat for their excuse of going the cheap, bargain bin way of off season, free agency roster building. And therefore no one can say that Dak is at fault for the Joneses refusing to sign high quality free agency players.
