While true, eagles had 5 scoring drives and only 1 was a FG. Even with the penalty problems, missing QB, everything, Philly was still burning SF’s D in the redzone.

Biggest difference between what we did and what Dallas did: we told Hurts to be safe, don’t get hurt, and most importantly protect the football. 5 yard slants to Dallas Goedert all day and we win.

If Purdy played all game, is he scoring 30? He had 1 drive and got strip sacked. He did almost nothing against Dallas. Obviously it would have been closer, but nothing today that I saw said SF was the superior team.

That’s exactly right. This offense has no identity. Get under center and run more 21/22 personnel. Get away from this RPO garbage. The defense did their part. If you’re relying on this offense to bail you out, you’ll lose every time.

Nevermind that we've seen this same QB and offense tank just like that every time in the big games. There's no conceivable reason why they would have beaten the Niners is more like it!

Why is everyone discounting the fact that Purdy went out with an injury early, and the 9ers were forced to start their 4th string QB.

That is the only reason this game ended up being a blow out.

We could have beat the 9ers, sure. But they are a good team that had terrible luck in the biggest game of the season.
