Not sure why people act like Moore needing to leave for a refresh to the offense and him being a successful coordinator are mutually exclusive. Good for him, wish him the best of luck aside from against us

Actually they asked for permission last week. They just waited for the HC interview with the Panthers. They were clearly targeting him from the get go.

They also run joint practices with the Cowboys, so Moore was like, “I’m out”.

I will relish the moment Kellen Moore's impact on Justin Herbert is a more positive one than McCarthy calling plays for Dak.....so the Dakfanatics will have someone else to blame for Dak's failures.

Man talk about failing upwards. Chargers have one of the most loaded offensive rosters in the NFL. Herbert is 100% a top 5 QB, then you have Mike Williams who a legit top 10 WR, Keenan Allen who would be a 1 for most of the NFL, and he gets a top 10 RB to go with it. That roster is just stacked and is probably the dream job of every aspiring OC (maybe KC if that job opens up).

Folks don't even know what KM's offense really is. Maybe it's been "simple" or "predictable" in Dallas- but KM has been handicapped by Dak.

Now we'll get to see how creative his offensive scheme is, with a talented QB to execute the plays.

i mean their offense has been fine and they have playmakers. i fully expect them to light it up, as they have, but not due to moore.
