Stephen Jones doesn't see drop off with Zeke

That's pretty ridiculous. He had his worst season average (3.8 per carry) this year and the drop-off has been clear since he got hurt the previous season.

I've been a Zeke defender, believing he and Pollard made a good one-two punch. He averaged 4.2 yards per carry in 2021 and until that injury looked like the old Zeke. This year, he had his moments, but as the season wound down, he just looked like an old Zeke.

Time to recognize that the wall won and move on. I was initially in favor of keeping him if he extremely lowered his contract, but I think we'd be better off getting some young legs to pair with Pollard. Tag Pollard for a year and see if the new back can make him expendable the next year. Then, draft a No. 2 for that back. Rinse and repeat in a few years.

This is exactly why I stopped listening to Stephen and Jerry a long time ago. Everything they say is BS, but you can read between the lines if you want.

All this means is to expect Zeke back as a Cowboy at a reduced rate, meanwhile Jerry/Stephen want to be very careful about offending anyone.
Good point. They never really fired JG, and than they “mutually” decided to get rid of Moore.

Lol lol I just said that to someone, he'll be back!! Get him out of here

Come on guys, he was always coming back after a pay cut.

All you Zeke haters are ridiculous, must be a hidden agenda conspiracy to rob the Salvation army bucket from being jumped into every 3 years

This is the difference between reality and lah lah land. Lah lah land, let’s trade Dak, Zeke, Schultz can walk, yada yada yada. But in reality world, the Jones boys do what tf they want, and it’s usually the opposite of what fans think or want.

Settle down guys. The best thing to do in these situations is keep and extend Elliott until the NFL makes wheelchairs legal on the field.

Hidden? Can you see the screen?

Lol zeke sells way too many jerseys for him to be cut. And once your apart of the "family" you don't leave unless he wants you to. All of that zeke offseason cut stuff just needs to stop. Ain't happening lol
