Ok, I thought we traded up. Giving next year's 5th for a 6th this year is common bid'ness. Don't know much about him but at least we know they have a good read on him if he was a Dallas day attendee.

Great question. I was thinking the same thing. Why trade up at all in the 6th round? Do they have some kind of special perspective on this guy that no one else sees? Were they afraid someone else would take him?

He was one of our visits so they may very well have a special perspective

If he turns out to be a player, we get him a full year early. Also, we have a couple mediocre corners( Wright, Joseph ) that hopefully this guy can help send packing.
