He didn’t play much but when he did he had a 97% passing rating. Pretty damn good for 23 year old rookie

Only if he can developed into a decent QB, looks like Jerry or Stephen wanted to get a cheap replacement for Dak down the road ( not immediate ) . if it works like that , brilliant or its yet another experiment.

It cost you a 4th to grab a potential starting QB. That’s a slam dunk. If it flames out no problem.

I think the real issue is. Those who wanted to replace Prescott , with the quarterback. Just had the ceiling fall in on them . Rather than look at the potential of this young man. They can’t see past the blind hate of Prescott.

No one can prove you wrong. The benefits of the trade have not been realized yet. Is it potentially Jones' best trade of all-time? Of course. A time machine could decide the verdict but those things are so unreliable.

My celling is fine. And I don't hate Dak. I dislike his overpaid declining and subpar play.

4th rounders ….Dak Ferguson Schultz Pollard Armstrong Biadasz ….a real live player can be had round 4 . John Lynch is beaming . He pictures getting another smothering defensive player next draft round 4 to unleash on Dallas .
