Im happy. Kept Luepke and kept the safety Thomas which were two of my biggest concerns.

Hopefully land gets to the practice squad.

Definitely will be interesting to see what they do at LB. It's thin. But if they are playing a ton of nickel, carrying 4 LBs + Parsons isn't terrible. I'd still like to see one vet LB in there though added to that group.

Linebacker only looks thin because we keep designating Parsons as a defensive end for some reason. the cowboys don't see it that way. The fans and the media keep designating Parsons as a defensive end the cowboys designate him as a linebacker I'll take their word for it

Where did you get the idea that Waletzko would be the backup center? If anyone, I think it would be Bass. But most likely we sign one of our centers to the PS and bring them up for games for the first three weeks. Might even sign a couple since that gives us six weeks.

You're right, Bass is the G. Truth is, I don't recall either of them getting Center snaps. Now I see Waletzko will go on short term IR. Can Edoga play Center?

Can't believe they exposed Farniok to waivers. He'll be snatched up faster than a bear claw left on McCarthy's desk.

Farniok over Gilmore was a no brainer. Can't believe they missed that. When you have Nashon Wright, why do you need anymore CBs?

On the other hand, a few weeks back there was a report that he wasn’t doing well at guard and would move to center only.

The starter is a center only, so they are probably looking for versatility from the backup. No idea who the backup center is at the moment though. Edoga? ooofff.

I just don't get the infatuation they have with Wright. Now granted, he might be IR'd soon which opens a spot but still, he seems untouchable for a guy who, frankly, doesn't seem to do much at all to impress.
