McCarthy forcing the run in the red zone was very telling

That was a bad throw at the end, but throughout the game the WR's struggled to get separation in the redzone. Dak, WR's, AND coaches got to figure it out.

Putting this all on Dak is nonsense.

This. Our WR's were locked up all night. The Cardinals was able to rush only 3-4 people and get pressure on Dak. This is what happens when u only have 2 starters on the oline trying to protect the QB.

Dak can't make basic reads and routinely makes bad decisions. Had the pick 6 happened last week against the Jets we could be sitting at 1-2 as that would have really swung the momentum in that game at that point. We are good to great at almost every position except QB.

Dak has trouble throwing midrange passes.
He didn't attempt a single pass between 15+20 yards today. That should his bread and butter.

But you are missing what it told you. You definitely want to go run heavy when you are down three outstanding OL starters. Two guys in there getting their first NFL starts. You need to rely on the run and the quick passing game there.

The offense is built for Dak to be conservative. We have to be able to open it up when we get behind, which we did.

I know what Dak is and what he is not.....I've never pretended that he is an elite QB, but he is our QB and I won't waste my time hating on him if I can't replace him. That said, he has many deficiencies, but this defense was supposed to carry him. All I saw today was a bunch of guys going for sacks and leaving run lanes wide open, DBs being over aggressive and jumping routes too early. AZ had a great game plan.....we are better than this and I hope this serves as a wake up call and not a sign of things to come. We'll know a lot the next two weeks.

So did Mac Jones and he sucks too. The Jets defense was just as overrated and overhyped as ours.
Also, Dak didn’t play well against them, considering all we did against them were field goals too. We struggled in the red zone for 3 games.
