Yeah but running the clock out was they ran the ball when they should have been throwing that was the problem they literally ran the ball too much they ran the clock out when you're down all game the defense is gonna allow you to run they don't care that you are milking the clock for them..... They were far too conservative that was the problem running the ball way too much when you should have been throwing
I don't disagree but with OL being depleted, runs are easier to come by. Give Cardinals credit with their secondary covering well; even when Dak had 4-5 seconds to throw he could not find anyone but then again I was watching Redzone (no coverage in my area). Play calling in the red zone is also suspect; seem a bit too vanilla.

like i said they allowed us to run because we were behind all game and they allowed us to run the clock out on ourselves.... watched a game where we're behind all game, zero guys were open most of the game. do you realize they allowed us to run the game on purpose??

Plenty of blame to go around, but when you get that many penalties, you simply aren’t ready to play. I thought we had put that in the past but today showed maybe we are front runners.
I think we were mostly in agreement that the defense would take this team as far as it will go.
Today they got manhandled by a bland cardinal offense. Dominated actually.
Pushed around and out schemed as well.
Gilmore looks like he is running in molasses.
Hooker was out of position on a couple of chunk plays.
Dowdle looks quicker and runs harder than pollard.
And despite all that, we still had a chance but dak spit the bit in the red zone when we needed a few plays.
Nothing to do but eat our humble pie and regroup. Maybe this will help them focus.
It won’t get any easier, so we will learn what they are made of.

I been a Dak apologist. Now I'm saying please bench him and get an OC in here besides McCarthy. Gonna say it now!!! Dan Quinn for HC 2024 or hopefully sooner........Sick of,Dak Prescott!
The same Dan Quinn whose defense made Dobbs look like Montana and gave up 200+ yards on the ground????

I hope you realize “killed” as in criticism and critiqued and nothing more and please don’t ever insinuate that I ever meant anything more, get a life.
Well I would hope you wouldn't. I have a life, but hey thanks for caring.

You can go back to your regularly scheduled over reacting to a football game.

Defense getting gashed in the run, Dak throwing red zone picks, McCarthy looking at his play sheet like its a menu from In and Out Burger and you guys blame the refs for the loss.

WOW:facepalm:
Pick one interception, not multiple, this isn't Josh Allen we are talking about

Pretty safe to say if you’re the guy who insinuated that the word “kill” in the context of a play from a member of the team meant anything more than criticism about their play than you really shouldn’t talk to anyone about “over reacting”

Sit this one out boss. Lol.

Am I the only one to think B Brooks is not as advertised. He is not fast and doesn't seem to be able to get open. I'd put J Tolbert in instead with Gallup being #2.
You might be the only one yes. Mainly though, because I'm not sure too many fans know who who B Brooks is.

What a crap performance. We got our ***** kicked. We were pushed around all game long. our red zone play calling and time management was horrible. We couldn’t get open and what happened to step and throw? Everything came out late. Our coverage was horrible. Again we loooked horrible on defense to a team that ran misdirection and was able to overpower us and have the QB run when the lanes open up. Same thing for years now in our big losses. This is why Philly and SF are bad matchups IMO. On the bright side we were absolutely fantastic the first two weeks and one game doesn’t erase that. The biggest problem with this loss is it was to a team that you can’t lose to if you want a bye or to win the division.

all that being said, On to next week. The season is young and a good *** kicking can make the players stop getting high on their own press clippings

Why are some so afraid to blame the refs for the loss? They had a HUGE hand in the loss today.
Because most of the calls they made were obvious. If you are offsides or in an illegal formation or committing a false start then those are obvious calls that have no ambiguity. Similarly if you are holding in the open field that is going to get called. The problem is it was hard to be bothered by a single call the refs made because they were not wrong.
