Dak on throwing the int to seal the loss

What a bunch of clowns. The receivers weren't getting open all game long. Cardinals secondary was all over our receivers all game long. If you rewatch the play, Dak did try to look the linebacker off and did throw it behind the linebacker's momentum hoping to squeeze that throw in between coverage. It didn't work since the linebacker did an excellent job reaching back and able to snag the pass. Everyone else was covered as usual. Sure, Dak could have thrown it out of the endzone but they would have only gotten a field goal out of it even though they needed a TD so late in the game. All game long when in the redzone, the receivers failed to get open. Put the blame where it truly belongs: on the receivers for not getting open all game long, especially in the redzone. Plus, all of the dumb penalties on Offense and Defense. Also, the playcalling and decision making by McCarthy was not that good.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it going to always be a tough throw when you decide to toss it to a receiver who is covered by 3 defenders?
or when you’re down two scores with 3 min left and behind the sticks on third down. but yeah

Even if Dak threw the TD there. They still lose. As terrible as the defense played and pedestrian the offense was. Dak’s pic was not the reason we lost. McCarthy thought Kellen Moore put Dak in bad situations. He put Dak in the proverbial bad situation.
Don't come in here making sense and providing good insight! You're gonna ruin the mood!
LOL!

Hey Moron (Dak), if that guy was triple covered someone else must have been free or singled
Find him
Just because there were three defenders in the area, that doesnt mean he was triple covered. Especially in the redzone where defenders are everywhere. If you dont believe me, look it up and educate yourself.

So if you wana call someone a moron, look in the mirror.

There was another defender who would’ve easily at worst knocked the pass down. Just say you made a terrible read. Goodness…

Um...............at a loss here DC nation. But yet again remined why its groundhog day. Yet another stellar performance by the chosen one. Not all on him but too many opportunities for him to elevate this this game in his hands given the deficiencies from the o-line starters being out and the run defense that just did not exist. Yeah..... the captain could have saved his team and we were fed exactly what has occurred in the past from him and most certainly will occur in the future as sure as the sun comes up tomorrow, waters wet, skies blue....... if you saw the hole game then nuff said.

I think the receiver has to do better. He should have run up and tackled the LB before he caught it. Looked like a great pass to me.

Dak’s a buffoon.

How many more years of his crap?
Hopefully he will be benched. I have been screaming this for the last three years. The opposing retread qb was better than dak. Cant anyone see any of this???

hmmm, how can I explain it to you....they were rushing 4, so 7 dropped into coverage. so yeah, its possible somebody else wasn't free. most game our WRs weren't getting open in the end zone. there was plenty of that issue.

but with that said, he took a risk. I think one, Lamb or Gallup should have ran that route. they are much taller, better reach, which would allow the QB to make a higher throw and over the LB. Cook is only 5'10".

and yes, I probably would have gone to another WR too. not sure if any of them was open, but also keep in mind, that would have been much longer throw and different angles.
I wish there was a wider shot of this play, so we could see everybody else.
