Jones on if he's happy with the offensive changes so far: "I want to see more to use the word 'happy.' But let me be real clear, I think with what we're trying to do is really doable. We certainly have the personnel to execute on it. ... I give it a thumbs up. Let's go."

I wouldn't be concerned long term either. Jerry could walk away from Mike or Dak in another year if he doesn't like how things are going so yea he's not worried about long term right now. I'd have to look at Brians contract but it's probably not too long either.
