We actually offered him almost the exact same contract. He went to the Broncos because the Cowboys kept language in the contract that cut his pay if he was suspended again. Other than that the Cowboys did everything they could to resign him.
He is not worth a roster spot. The guy has talent, but his mindset will prevent him from reaching his potential.

They clearly didn't want to sign him though if they added clauses to his deal. Why would he sign a deal that had clauses about suspension when he's been suspended his whole career lol?

I disagree. he's hit his potential. This is it. He missed a large part of his prime on suspension. That may have prevented him from reaching higher heights but ultimately this is his ceiling IMO.

Did he have a bad pass rush rate? I honestly only saw him one game and he dominated the Commanders but he typically does. His biggest games have come against them for some reason.
