Well if they're not good enough to beat good teams in the regular season then they won't beat them in the playoffs anyway. Lots of soul searching to do for this team. They either rise up to adversity or spiral.
 
I was saying that during the game. I don't think we even get a wild card. The Rams look better than us right now honestly. Let's tank and get some solid picks.
 
I hate to say it but I think we miss the playoffs too. This team is missing something. The 49ers DBs are not better than Dallas's but they are much more effective in the passing and running games.

I am not sold on Quinn either. He has them play great when its a bad team but what the heck was he thinking tonight? He lines up Parson's against their best pass blocker? The right side of the 49ers OL is suspect. Line up Parsons and DLaw over there and let them beat up on the 49ers weakness. Instead, he allowed the 49ers to take Parsons out of the game basically.

It is tough to judge either team after a game like this, but the 49ers OL just beat up on Dallas's defense. All night long they were hitting guys hard all over the field, even after the play was past them. Dallas folded instead of giving it back.
 
We need to take a long look in the mirror as a franchise. Should we try to win or lose out?
 
Defense is banged up vs. a Chargers team with a week off. Lose next week and things can quickly fall apart. Let's be honest, this offense has been terrible all season. The defense has beaten up on some BAD teams. Shutting down the Giants, Jets, and Patriots does not make a defense great, especially when they played a somewhat competent Cardinals team and got handled. Tonight's result against a Top-3 team was no surprise.

The Cowboys are not a playoff team with the state of this offense. They look as bad as they did to start 2018 that led to the Amari trade.

Among injuries, anemic offense and a defense that is feast or famine
 
Might be time to start paying attention to other team offenses / offensive coordinators.

And then let said coach come in with HIS coaches and let him choose HIS QB. Clean slate protocol.

Meh we have 3 wins against the skins and giants plus a split against Philly that gets us to 7 wins...

We need 4 more and that's pretty doable...

I'm not worried about making the playoffs....worried about a divisional loss again

Here is the thing. What difference does it make? Tonight a fly weight got in the ring with a heavy weight. With the expected results. This team isnt good enough at QB or in the trenches. That is what it takes to progress in the playoffs and this team dont have it.
 
Good. I don’t want to. Let this season be Jerry’s lesson. Let this season be the collateral. We will be embarrassed in the playoffs if we miraculously make it in, which I doubt. Only thing we have going for us is that the NFC sort of sucks this season (only good teams being 49ers, Philly… maybe the Lions?) rest are mediocre or okay at best.

We need to tank to be honest. What’s the point in trying to get far knowing you won’t make it? It’s a waste of time and resources. We need to evaluate in house talent so we know who to keep, trade, and cut come off-season.

I don't want this trash pile to make the playoffs. This team needs to be dismantled...Why give idiot Jones hope???
